Did an online order and the order said food would be ready at 4:37 and i get there at 5 and it still wasn't ready. Then i find out that the salad i ordered wouldn't be coming with the lettuce or Caesar dressing i ordered and the lady working had an attitude. I wont be going back to this place again.

Prices are getting too high, didn't realize it, as it has been a couple years because we don't live near. When I placed my order online I didn't notice the tip was pre-set at 15%!, my own fault by why tip? I was upset that this option is not auto set at 0% and you can change it from there. SMHNever received my monkey bread, when I called the young girl that answered was unprofessional. Answered questions with just, umm, followed by long pauses. Told me I would get store credit and immediately hung up. I had to call her back to clarify, how? and she said my boss will email you. Guess I need to call to talk to her boss, because I never got that email. And to think, I paid a $7 tip.

When my online order failed I called to place my order and was told I must use the online page that I just said was not working. Apparently its too much to ask that the person on the other end of the phone write down my order. Called Lambardos and had my order in 20 min with a smile and a thank you. Service is becoming a lost art.

Angela and Chelsey were great to work with! Despite the late hour of our order and its size, they were professional and pleasant!

Pizza was great. New monkey bread not nearly as good as the old cinnamon wheel, disappointing.

We arrived at the store at 7:50 Saturday evening and all the outside and inside lights were off, yet the employees were inside. We talked to them through the door and they weren't amenable to preparing our order. Closing time is clearly indicated as 8:00, but they apparently want to walk out at 8:00:00 exactly, not to serve customers.

Excellent place to order a take and bake pizza. EBT friendly, which is amazing. Their Cowboy pizza is to die for. Some people might not like having to bake a pizza from a take-out place, but they are either lazy or cowards.Management is also top notch. Plus you can buy cookie dough ?Parking: It's a parking lot for a strip mall adjacent to a Walmart. One way or another, parking will be available.Wheelchair accessibility: There's no automated opening for the doors, but otherwise I believe there's a ramp and other accessibility options.I could be wrong, though.

**I want to begin by saying this review is SOLELY regarding the new Calzones on the Papa Murphy menu.**We normally order pizzas... and occasionally a dessert or cheese bread, etc. We finally decided to try the new calzones. My husband & I both ordered the pepperoni.1st impression upon seeing the Calzone .... SURPRISE..... IT IS MUCH SMALLER THAN EXPECTED.2nd impression... Disappointment... There was no way there was going to be much in the way of cheese & pepperoni in that VERY SMALL fold of dough.3rd impression... The dough is SOOOOO thin that the only rise you're going to get out of this thing is your level of disappointment.I want to finish by stating if we paid $5 instead of $7 each for these, then we'd perhaps feel a little less disgruntled. These are definitely not worth $7 a piece.Stick with the pizzas... Unless you have a coupon or if they run a special on calzones.

Pricing has crept up a bit too much. For the nearly same price as regular priced family sized pizza I can get a 17" cooked pizza out the door at the Glenside Pub. Basically, I only go on Tuesday discount day or if there is a good promo going on.Staff is friendly, but often overwhelmed. Allow an extra 10 minutes after the designated pick up time.
