I ordered almost $60 worth of food for delivery. Everything was pretty good.. until we got to there 8 piece doughnuts for $8. They we're not even resembling a doughnut at all. It was a burnt nasty mess. I tried a little taste just to make sure and it was horrible. The burnt after taste was enough to make you want to puke up your entire dinner. Not sure why they would even be okay with serving these. I'll never be going back to this Pizza Hut ever again.

I ordered the dinner Box. Food was done on time but thrown together like I never seen before.. I ordered Pepperoni, Sausage, and Mushroom.. Literally there was 12 tiny mushrooms on the whole medium pizza.. All my sausage was basically thrown in a pile.. Very sloppy and the lady did not care.. I write this review in anger of the carelessness our "fast" food workers present these days.
They shouldn't offer dine-in if they don't want people to dine-in. My husband, my family and I tried dining in at pizza hut after a very busy day of moving. Our pizzas were brought out to us in to go boxes, after we specified that we were dining in. The fountain was broken, so we had to ask for cups for our two-liter. As for plates, my husband went up to ask for plates, and after 5-10 minutes of standing there, had to shout at them. Their response was "The plates are right there. Help yourselves." Good food, awful customer service. Next time close the dining room if you don't want people eating inside.
Tonight was extremely busy due to a freak snowstorm and they were exceptional. Thank you for being perfectly splendid.

Good pizza, ready when promised. The inside is now open after COVID. Order at counter and dine in. No actual wait staff. Could use a little lighting and touchup to make it nicer.

Ordered dinner at 5:08 p.m tonight from apple location in Muskegon Delivery time was 25-30 mins or by 5:40. 7:05 and still no food. I called the restaurant about 20 mins ago just to get rudely told I have to put you on hold a min. No time to say anything before annoying music and ads playing. After 11 mins I was told they lost power and just got it back. I asked how long and got told when the driver get back we’re next. I asked for an estimated time and was told 2 more time when the driver gets back. No apology or estimated time. I had to leave for work 35 mins ago at 630. I got kids at the house with their mom hungry. I had to buy something different on my way to work. You think they would have called earlier and offered a refund or asked if we’re ok to wait. I called again at 740 and was told they just got power back. I said I called earlier and was told the same thing. I asked if I was gonna get a fresh pizza or a 3 hour old pizza. They replied and said fresh it’s been under the warmer. I asked how a warmer works with no power and got an answer of the driver just left with your order. We live .8 miles away. I would give a 0 if I could. Won’t be back. 8:15 no food yet.

I know little ceasers is making a comeback. The other night I couldn't call through to any little ceasers to place an order. I went to Pizza Hut. It's been a while. I was reminded how good pizza hut pizza is. The service at this location was on point too. Quickly took my order and had it out in less than 15 min. That hard workin. Awesome place if you're in the area.
