Pizza hut stopped the any pizza for $12.99...they lost me as a customer after I've ordered at least a hundred of them. I'm no longer a customer of pizza hut, I've switched.

This location had the worse quality. Every time that I order light sauce, my pizza is overloaded with sauce. This location has undercooked my pizza and. Had to have it remade because the dough was super soggy. They are also afraid to use cheese. Cheese should cover the entire pizza, not just a portion. They ran out of Italian sausage which is a key ingredient in a pizza.

Told me 10 to 15 on phone drobe there at 15 sat in lobby waiting for 36 mins. Employees were rude and dismissive. Also In extreme need of some cardio training. Would not recommend

Lady was Nice who took order. My pizza was forgotten about and they had it in the warmer after telling me it was still being cooked. Ordered 2 extra pizza sauce with my bread sticks, they forgot them. 2nd straight time they didn't give me my sauces. Gentleman before me got an extra pizza, he was Nice enough to bring it back, leader lady told one of the employees that he gave her an extra pizza for that guy and the employee seemed not to care.
Pizza was pretty good, would have been better if it was hot, I have 2 small kids, the extra sauces "keep the peace".... very disappointed. My kids like little Caesars and they care about their jobs and get the orders right!

We ordered from here the Henry street location on Friday, July 19, 2024. I quit getting Pizza Hut because of the quality at multiple locations. However, we had cheese bread sticks and a tavern style pizza and both were AMAZING! The BEST Pizza Hut I have had. It was soooo good. I will definitely be back!

20 mins for a personal pan pizza. For my 5 year old princess.
I have literally ALWAYS got pizza delivered to my team at the Salon from Pizza Hut on Henry. All of a sudden out of YEARS of deliveries to my business they don’t deliver “Never Delivered to my Business “. To be honest I feel like they choose who to deliver to based on if they want to!!! As a business you don’t get to choose when you want to DO YOUR JOB! To me it’s being prejudice especially when you’ve delivered to my business for years and being that you’ve been less than a mile away and a block away is insane!!! Then to add insult to injury everyone that got on the phone to speak with me about this matter both said they were managers! Good Food HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND VERY DISHONEST!
Staff told me 15 mins for my delivery. I called 45 mins later asking about my delivery, staff stated the driver had just left another 15 minutes go by. I call back, they said we tried to call you (I never received a call) you gave us the wrong address. Give us the correct address and we will bring it now. I’m still waiting 20 minutes later.
