Don't waste your time since this place changed locations to a strip mall from the iconic building on the corner of Sherman and Henry(AKA Happy and Healthy) very poor service, rude employee attitudes, and less value for your hard earned money. Tonight I ordered food and it never arrived. No one delivered, no one showed up. Tried to call the store and I was on hold for 10minutes, no one answered the phone. Some days Pizza Hut on Henry St is great. Other times weird stuff like this happens.

Told her I had tried to get online before but couldn't get it to come up and ask if she could help me get it to come up but wouldn't help. So I will never go back there again.

Been getting food delivered from Pizza Hut for months now. Tried to order today was told they don't deliver here and never have. When I literally have points and what not from ordering delivery. I don't have a vehicle so I know I didn't pick it up. Will be calling corporate as the worker refused to give me the number and than put me on hold until I hung up.

This location had the worse quality. Every time that I order light sauce, my pizza is overloaded with sauce. This location has undercooked my pizza and. Had to have it remade because the dough was super soggy. They are also afraid to use cheese. Cheese should cover the entire pizza, not just a portion. They ran out of Italian sausage which is a key ingredient in a pizza.

Told me 10 to 15 on phone drobe there at 15 sat in lobby waiting for 36 mins. Employees were rude and dismissive. Also In extreme need of some cardio training. Would not recommend

Lady was Nice who took order. My pizza was forgotten about and they had it in the warmer after telling me it was still being cooked. Ordered 2 extra pizza sauce with my bread sticks, they forgot them. 2nd straight time they didn't give me my sauces. Gentleman before me got an extra pizza, he was Nice enough to bring it back, leader lady told one of the employees that he gave her an extra pizza for that guy and the employee seemed not to care.
Pizza was pretty good, would have been better if it was hot, I have 2 small kids, the extra sauces "keep the peace".... very disappointed. My kids like little Caesars and they care about their jobs and get the orders right!

Everytime I go here everything is always on point not one complaint great hot pizza and reasonably priced.
We ordered from here the Henry street location on Friday, July 19, 2024. I quit getting Pizza Hut because of the quality at multiple locations. However, we had cheese bread sticks and a tavern style pizza and both were AMAZING! The BEST Pizza Hut I have had. It was soooo good. I will definitely be back!
