Absolutely mortified when I was eating a piece of pizza to suddenly find a piece of what appeared to be a rubber band in my mouth. My husband and I decided to let it go, because how do you prove something like that? I then checked the rest of the pizza before I threw it out and it looks like the rubber band type thing was in at least half of the pizza. Extremely negligent on whoever made this. I am happy to provide date and time information to any member of management that would like to speak to us. Photos provided, but I also have a video.

It's been a while since we have been to Pizza Hut. We passed one on our way home in Muskegon on Airline Road. Stopped in and had some of the best food and service we have had in a very long time. Please make sure to tell Allana that she does a Great job!!! She was very knowledgeable of the business and seems really proud of the great job that she does. Will definitely stop back by and get our Pizza Hut fix. Thanks again, the Garrett's

Very nasty taco pizza so dry to much lettuce and about choked on the huge onions. My job was there in early 80s . Used to actually put meat bean sauce on now you charge extra? Won't be back

No matter if you ask for extra sauce , they totally ignore your request. Find another Pizza Hut location. This store is the closest to me. But I will never use it again.

Ordered thru doordash tonight and my order was terrible. Ive ordered thru the restaurant before and never got service like today...My pizza was sticking to the box like it sat forever my breadsticks had no sauce and were flat as a pancake the brownie stuck to the pan and door dash only refunded me 7 dollars... And the name on my order was Joy Archambeau hopefully they can make it right. Wont order from here again nor should u

Today Is Sunday 8/25 & Me an My Family Stopped In For Lunch , We Ordered Food an Dine in & It Was Only Two Workers They Were So Nice & Respectful I Tried To Tip Them An The One Who Took My Order So No Ma’am Don’t Worry About Tipping Us ( Just A Sweetie) I Tipped Anyway In The Tip Jar An Gave Him A Person Tip In His Had These Two Young Men Are In Here Working Their Butts Off An Deserves To Be Recognized!!! My Server Name Say Robert

They never put cheese on the 2 outside cheese sticks. Put some of the seasoning on it too! You have to get extra dipping soft because they only fill the cup half way. Come on Pizza Hut.... You used to knock it out of the park every time....What happened ?
