It was extremely busy tonight, but it took an hour and a half to get our food. I got the Jack Daniel's burger and it only had cheese. Did not come with the side I ordered, the waitress had to go back for it. And after all that the burger was cold. Just not a good experience.

We come here every Tuesday for music bingo and the staff is always very kind and service is quick. The food is also amazing and the portion sizes are pretty big depending on what you order!

My date and I each had a drink, ordered a pizza and appetizer. Appetizer came out after the pizza... The pizza was great and the spinach artichoke dip was mediocre.

Gone 2x if bartender or cook likes your man then his dish will be great! Yours not so great! BLT description lots of bacon (3 slices) in my sandwich his BLT over loaded. First time we went. About 3 months ago. We tried again last week and same thing happened! Not going back.

Waited 2 hours for food & it was terrible. Overcooked & cold. Very disappointing after waiting all that time. It'll be along time before we go back
Drove all the way here for the Rooster Balls, and none were left. Disappointing.

Service is slow if you stick around long enough for them to even acknowledge you, let alone wait on you. Staff is rude and acts like you are bothering them by being there. Have given them at least a dozen chances as they are on the route we like to ride our motorcycles, but it just gets worse each time. Tables left sitting with dirty dishes, bartenders standing behind the bar on their phones ignoring customers, servers being rude and not even getting drink orders right, if/when they finally take your order and bring it. Might as well close the doors. Stopped in this past week and waited 20 mins for 3 mixed drinks, one made so badly not more then a sip was actually tolerable. Spent another 20 mins waiting for our waitress to come back around to ask for our tab that took another 10 mins to get. While there we watched 11 people walk out. Actually seen some of the people that walked out at another restaurant/bar and a whole group chatted and compared stories about how terrible the rooster is. Sad, could be such a good place but not with the staff they have running people off.

I am a local, been in there at least once a week for last year or so. really enjoyed the friendly service and quality food. But, management changed now service is slow and the friendly atmosphere is gone. looking for a new place to give my business to.

Two hours and I'm still here waiting on food and no one has said hey we have an issue she will go chat with her friends at other tables has not refilled drinks nothing worst birthday dinner for my daughter do better
