The website said they were open, the Facebook said they were open, the sign in the window was lit up OPEN. But when I waited at the drive through nobody would come to the window, I rang the bell and even honked my horn a few times. If I could give zeros stars I would. Absolutely unsatisfied.

The food was okay. Maybe I feel this way because they did not have what I wanted. (out of beef) My wife also thought the food was bland. We did the drive up because the doors were locked. The drive up is strange, it has tiny window and a big air conditioner right next to it.

First time pizza was a disappointment to entire family, a year later same disappointment - cheese is sparse and low quality, there was no sauce, and the dough was tough, dry, and dense.Service was not welcoming, got the feeling we were an inconvenience.

I’ve been to Rocket Pizza & Subs three times at this writing and I expect to order from them more often. The pizza is delicious and I can’t imagine anyone not enjoying it. I just moved to this area and the first night I moved in I was just calling around for someone who would deliver, and I had great service from them and a speedy delivery. The second order I picked the pizza up, as I did tonight. They make an excellent pizza and the garlic bread is fantastic! They also have a lot of items on their menu and I am looking forward to trying other menu items as well. Tonight when I called a gentleman answered and he seemed to be having a rough night, because he was quite rude and was having some difficulty understanding a straightforward order. But the pizza was wonderful and everyone has a bad day now and then.
