I love shopping at Sam’s. I go there just for fun sometimes. However, I got sucked in by the AT&T rep who promised things that AT&T was unable to deliver. He put me in a situation where, no matter what I did, I was going to lose money. He blatantly LIED. Gave me his “personal cell number” in case I needed anything. He never replied to my texts or calls. I went directly to an AT&T retail store to have my issues taken care of, and the woman there told me they often...
