We waited over a hour for hamburgers. These burgers were $15 and the size of aregular McDonalds burger. Also $4.50 for aluminum bottle of bud light. But the worst was waiting over a hour for that burger.

My husband & I went on a Friday evening, we were there a little before 6 pm. We waited an hour after ordering nachos & a hamburger steak, at that point we asked our waitress to have our food boxed up. We were told it would be another 8 minutes to have that done. 15 minutes later we walked to the front to pay, still no food, : managers there, one being our waitress and no offer for a discount. An hour & a half later we walked out with our sit down dinner in a box to go eat at home. Nothing we ordered was difficult to make. We used to enjoy going there but doubtful we will go back.

I had a very bad experience customer service was nice but very dismissive took almost an hour and a half for a burrito and three tacos then the food was not good at all sorry guys but you missed the mark on this

Food was great as always. The service review was based on the speed of the food coming out. There were a number of tables that waited an hour plus for their meals. The friendly staff seemed to not be around to even refill drinks while we all waited. Once you are waiting for food and not drinking, the atmosphere tends to decline. Frustration was in the air. Though we love the food at this place, the speed of service declined in the past year.
They have good food but you will be missing food so if you're ordering take out check your order. Biggest annoyance is they have entire website but NO menu. Why? If anything should be at the website it should be a menu.

I see a ton of reviews in here for their "famous" ribeye and Cajun. Before you go you should know that it's all gone. Pulled from the menu for some reason. The food is still good quality but they have regressed to your standard bar menu.
