I was there this morning and this blonde headed girl was so rude to me because I placed a mobile order and she said make sure you look at the pick up time cause we have to prep for it told me I had to get out of line I WILL NOT BE RETURNING AT ALL RUDE WORKERS!!!!!

They started out extremely rude when I got up to order. It was 8:45 and they closed at 9. As someone who worked in customer service for years, I understand being ready to go home. But that is your job until you close. So they kept cutting me off when trying to order, and then made our drinks wrong. I told them they were wrong and she said, so what do you want me to do?! Remake them?! Why yes, ma’am, I do. I have a $40 order. I am disgusted with how they were acting as I could clearly see them through the window. I would not have went but my son’s birthday is today and he asked if we could stop after dinner which took far more time than we anticipated. Do better Starbucks.

Yesterday came through drive thru and was helped by Emme, terrible customer service! Took several minutes to come to the window to allow me to pay as she stood there and made whip creams instead. When the drinks were ready is when she finally opened the window, didn’t even say hello.. just shoved the drink out and said here ya go and my total. The drink she tried handing me was wrong, I specifically asked for the summer skies, not summer berry! I politely told her that and she slammed the window shut and didn’t come back until it was remade, I was wanting to add something at the window but never got the chance to until after she was already annoyed. I asked if she could, she then got over the headset extremely annoyed to the other baristas. As she handed me my final item she whipped the window open and said “here” and closed it before I could say thanks.
She gave off some serious McDonald’s energy, not Starbucks 🤣 find a new job if you’re not happy at Starbucks. It’s not that serious girl.

Unfortunately my mango dragonfruit lemonade was filled almost to the top with ice even after it was specified to be made with light ice. I have previous experience working at Starbucks, but it was made with more ice than what goes in a typical refresher. Very disappointing for a $7 along with a tip.

Overpriced. Manager is rude to her employees. Wait time is insane. I'm glad 7 brew opened nearby. They're faster service, more affordable, and I won't ever hear a manager being condescending towards her employees when I go inside.
This place used to be better when the gentleman managed this place. It's been going down hill rapidly.
Do yourself a favor and try 7 brew, they're quick, affordable and friendly. They also seem to have a better rewards program.

I regularly come to this starbucks an always have such a great experience!! The baristas are all so kind and the drinks are amazing as usual. The biggest problem is the parking lot and drive through which are just pretty small and a bit awkward, besides that I have nothing but good things to say!
My friend & I are starbucks addicts, and we are there everyday or even twice a day, getting Strawberry Acai Refreshers with water, and there is a girl with long back hair, and every time we get refreshers from her, they taste like straight water!!!, but every other time we go it’s been amazing!!
