I have never had a good experience at this location. Constantly out of products, drinks are never made correctly and they charge you for things that are unnecessary.
I went to the drive-through this morning and first they are out of cold brew at 7 am… so decided to order a brown sugar oat milk espresso turns out they are out of oat milk and ask me to choose a different milk. So I do and then I’m charged for it. On top of it all it taste like burnt espresso.
This is a common occurrence so if you can avoid going here I would. It’s worth the drive to go to Grand Haven.

Food and drinks are typical Starbucks and I obviously like it to keep coming back. However, the service is beyond slow. The drive through is usually at least 20 min wait and even the mobile order has had a past 20 min wait on estimated ready time.

Always a great option for a quick bite and a refreshing beverage! Staff was amazing as usual and very knowledgeable and accommodating to my dietary preferences.
Dietary restrictions: I have a lactose allergy and am caffeine free. The staff was very knowledgeable with making sure all ingredients in my drink were okay for me to consume as well as using caffeine free ingredients!
Parking: A lot of options for free parking (it’s inside a store)

Honestly I’m not one to complain, but when you spend nine dollars on a drink and it’s made wrong it’s very upsetting. I got a Carmel ribbon crunch this morning no whip on the bottom add Java chips and a shot it came out watery and that’s not from the espresso I worked there before Ik the specs on the drinks. There is no Carmel in the drink whatsoever. I’m really unhappy the service was great, but the drink was made very wrong and they gave it to me with what spilled out all over the bottom I had to ask for napkins whoever is making drinks there this morning was not trained properly.
