I went in to get a sub after a soccer game very hungry wanting the Italian bread, I asked for Italian and before the employee started putting the ingredients on the bread I asked if it was Italian (I get subway frequently and get Italian 90% of the time) she said it was it was just "a little darker today" it infact was not. I did see Italian bread in the fridge to. Very disappointed

Our online order was claimed to be done at 6:15; at 6:41, the online order had just been started. We were able to watch the online order sit on the counter for at least 5 minutes while one staff member was in the back and the other was sweeping. The girl in the back may have just been away to wash her hands or something, but the guy who was sweeping didn't even come back out for a line of customers to help her. Rated 2 stars for the girl for doing her best. Order was completed 45 minutes after the estimated completion time (2 ft longs, 2 6 inches).

I’d give 0 stars if I could honestly. I asked for extra mayo and pickles and it’s literally three pickles and a drop of mayo. When I called the lady had a whole attitude because they close at 8. It was 7. Never again, worse subway around they should close that location.
