They make delivery orders incorrectly, and it's a nightmare to get a resolution to the problem. Online Subway tells you to call the restaurant, and then when you do, no one answers the call. Food is good if the employees take it anytime to make it properly.

DO NOT GO HERE! The last 3 times we ordered the subs were wrong.
But tonight was the last straw. I am allergic to mayonnaise, the order was completely wrong and had so much mayo it was oozing everywhere.
My wife had the wrong sauce we even went to the store and the staff was incompetent not one of them would admit to messing up.

Ordered online. Went to pick up my food and they said they gave it to someone else. Took them over 20 minutes to remake my order (for three subs) while no one was in line.
Hope you guys learned to ask for a persons full name before giving out an order. Thanks for nothing. Will not be returning to this location. Also, do not recommend anyone to order from this location. North Muskegon subway is much farther advanced than this one. Along with the team members who work here.

Subs were great, employees were super friendly, but the tables? They looked like they were still recovering from a toddler’s birthday party. I spent a good minute trying to figure out if the crumbs were from bread or a secret topping I didn’t order. 4/5—great spot overall, but next time I might bring a wet wipe just in case my table needs a little TLC before lunch.
