I used to love this subway. The last two times I’ve gone it feels like I’m just eating bread. If this continues I won’t be back.

I am disgusted, I went through the drive thru at the Henry st subway today, the service was fine however when I got home I found my sub to be infested with long black hair. Not just on one side however the reason I noticed is the black hair sticking out of my sub when I first opened it (pictured below)

Terrible service. No one wanted to stop to take my order after 10 min of waiting in the building. They were more worried about how many straws were in the beverage station. Definitely won't be back to this location.

Worst location ever I did a big order of 6 non of the subs got toasted or had cheese or jalapeños and dressing mostly had lettuce barely any ham never again they basically gave me a lettuce on a piece of bread

It is really hit or miss here. If you order off the app, GOOD LUCK getting Light condiments & regular condiments are so heavy they'll be all over you're paper & a total mess. We've complained over & over but they don't seem to get it. Heavy veggies means 1-2 pieces more. If you get a sub with 2x the cheese & ask for 2 different cheeses, good luck with that too. Your best bet is to go right there & watch them make your sub & deal with their attitudes.

I usually frequent this store but today I went to a different location and regretted it. I'm running right back to my regular store on Henry. It's always made right the first time. It's always clean inside and I've always had excellent customer service.
