So tired of getting wrong food and ordering online and still having to wait so long. Why do we order online and still have to wait so long?

Don't order online, they tell you it'll be done at a certain time but make you wait when you get there to take care of people just walking in. Not 1 time but every time.

Placed an order online was charged showed in the app ordered and paid for went in to pick my order was told we don’t have your order no offer to make it no apology plenty of attitude from the employees though I will be issuing a chargeback through my credit card for the money taken this isn’t a way to treat human beings

Food was okay. They weren't busy and it still took 15 minutes for our order. I am going to continue to downgrade my reviews for any business such as Subway that try to get me to subsidize employee pay with a tip on the checkout screen.

Absolutely love love love this Subway, it’s the only one I go to in town because they kept the original pickles!!! The staff is so hardworking honest and kind, and so patient with my little one when he orders his sub. Every time we go in we get exactly what we ask for and are so appreciative of their service!!! 11/10 would recommend :)

Thought ordering online was supposed to be faster, they never do the online orders first, they always clear out the line first, doesn’t matter when I place it, it’s always the same :( … sucks when your break is only so long yk

So subway advertising that veterans get a free 6" sub but just went there & was told that they don't please help me to understand. I guess maybe it's just this one location that doesn't care for veterans.
