So subway advertising that veterans get a free 6" sub but just went there & was told that they don't please help me to understand. I guess maybe it's just this one location that doesn't care for veterans.

Shout out to Katt & Ava at the E. Sherman location for their great customer service!! They worked to make sure our larger order was done right and probably made the best (and fullest!) Subway sandwiches I've ever had. Thanks and keep up the great work!

the employee did not wash her hands before she started my order & then proceeded to reach into the little garbage to throw paper away while still working on my order & not changing her gloves . I then asked for a cup of pickles for my pizza & she did . I asked for a little more as she didn’t even fill the tiny cup & proceeds to tell me I’m only allowed to have six pickles .. for an entire pizza . I religiously eat Subway & told her i haven’t heard of such a thing in my 25 years of life being told i can only have 6 pickles , including I was a lead at Subway for 2 years & this was never a thing & she continued to roll her eyes at me so i left ! Poor customer service !! Do better !!

I will not be back to this location and after they get this review will be happy about that I am sure. Limiting foot longs to only 14 pickle slices!? Really? The only reason I gave the service 2 stars instead of 1 is because the young man at the counter was very nice. Person putting toppings on was new and I hope over time learns about speaking to customers instead of seeming bothered by them. Manager is the one that barked out about 14 pickles. I asked if I could pay for extra pickles and was told " I wish we had a button for that but we don't". The prices keep going up and the toppings keep getting skimpier. I didn't have any issues with the one I normally go to, maybe it was just this store. Very disappointing
Worst customer service ever they do not wash their hands, and I was watching the owner pull bread out of the oven with her long hair, touching the bread recently changed the policy where you can only get certain amount of veggies on your sub, even if you’re willing to pay for more and The employees there are extremely rude very gross dining room . I will never return . And what was even more gross was, I watched one of the owners touch her face and then proceeded to touch the food. Do not eat here

Limits the amount of extra veggies and states it's a corporate rule. Only allowed 6 pickles on 6 inch. First Subway to limit extra veggies that I've experienced. Plus honey mustard all over sandwich from unclean gloves. Unfortunately not a very good experience.

We have tried to use the mobile order multiple times, and every time they have messed up our order. Forgot tomatoes, missing extra cheese that was PAID FOR, and even toasted multiple times. My recommendation, if you place an online order, STILL watch them make it, cause apparently following simple instructions is a lost skill on these people .

Wow inside the store be in my husband decided that we would detach our coupon to purchase a couple of subs and when attempting to redeem the coupon the cashier said that it had been used mind you we had to order of $28It was the three for 17 in the end he made like the coupon had been used went right over to Apple Street and instantly it took the coupon what they're running over here I don't know
