Waited 10 minutes for an employee and she picked her nose in the middle of making my sub. I called her out and left. Never going back to that subway or Walmart again. ?

My husband and I visited this location today. Most of the staff had masks either below their nose or below their mouth. I asked the waitress making our sandwiches to pull her mask up over her nose and mouth and she got mad, pushed it up and then making my husband sandwich reached over mine twice and let her long loose hair drag over my open sandwich. She-was obviously angry with me for asking that she wear her mask correctly. I understand it's a tough time in life. But I work in a business that I wear one 10 to 12 hours a day to protect my clients and myself. Your door says you must have a mask to enter the building.

Very disappointed that Michigan Subways are no longer carrying light mayonnaise. I was nearly a daily customer who used subway for low cal lunches. Now I have no dressing options other than mustard, which I dislike. Nobody at Customer Services answers the phone. Spent an hour on hold...nobody ever picked up. Feels like Subway is falling apart.

I like subway sandwiches. But locally, the restaurants are terrible. They make u a sandwich, and accidentally set part of the bun in pickle juice and it becomes soaked. They will not replace the sandwich or even apologize.
Employee was very rude when I asked her to not cut my cold cuts but to unfold them. This was a year ago. I have never gone back and never will.

Extremely rude worker. We stood in line for almost five minutes with No one in sight. When she did come out, she was rude....Not up to most Subway standards, and definitely NOT recommended!
