Ordered online. They got my order wrong. They did not add the avocado that I paid extra for. I called and they're only suggestion was that I drive all the way back so they could add it to my sandwich. Refused any refund even just for the thing they forgot.

Love the app when it works, but it only works 50 percent of the time. You walk in the store and they don't care if the app is working. Such a poor way to run a business. Not working today and we are going somewhere else. Subway loss.

So conveniently located!! We stopped on our way home from Fremont, and ordered 6 subs. The staff was highly professional, very efficient, and the experience was fun! They obviously liked their jobs, and worked well together. All of our subs were perfect!! Service with a smile!!!

We were traveling through the area and decided to stop for a couple sandwiches. We had the pleasure of dealing with Ian. He not only made one of the best sandwiches we've had from Subway, he did it with a genuine smile. This young man deserves a bonus/raise and will be the main reason we return to this location in the future! Thank you for the eye-opening excellent customer experience Ian!
