Order is NEVER right. Consistently missing the items that are paid extra for... it's sad when it is legitimately every single time, for years now... Orders are more consistently wrong than right. This tbell is like 3mins from our house, but will just have to drive across town from now on, unfortunately.

Night shift tacos bell every person should be fired they have zero customer service the store is packed right now and one of the employees just walked out and sitting in his car smoking a cigarette wait time is is ridiculous 25 mins food was wrong last 3 times I been though the drive though every time I come to the store there's a problem with the orders and I've noticed it's the same people working that creates these problems I can see if this just happened once but it's been multiple times multiple occasions

The night crew today was all over the place, missed our wholeeee order up and then they let some crack head take someone’s food, and so they had to remake it😭🖐️ I recommend every other Taco Bell but this one!!!
This is the second time where my Crunchwrap Supreme has barely had anything inside. No nacho cheese, like I requested. No sour cream. I asked for rice instead of meat. Barely a tomato and lettuce. Just rice, tortilla, and the hard shell. It's just not worth the money anymore. It's a disappointment. Really skimpy food for the price.

The food is ok it's just that the customer service needs to tighten up. They will leave you on stand by and don't acknowledge you when you first walk in.. They will wait 10 minutes later to ask what you need. The crazy thing is that every Taco Bell is the same. You will have the same problem at everyone you go to.
