Disgusting & rude! I don't know what happened to my original post but I called out the girl at the window who clearly needed to learn some manners. I also posted a picture of the worst excuse for a Mexican Pizza I've ever seen. I'll drive to the North Muskegon TB where they have decent food & people who actually care about their jobs.

Completely disregards inside orders for the sake of improving drive thru times. Do not order inside at this location. I have waited 45 minutes twice now. People were leaving without their food and couldn't even cancel their orders. While dozens of cars were being served.

Food was cold, barely ever go to Taco Bell maybe once a year. This is the worst location, cold seemed like a stale chalupa. Taco cold, 5 layer was more like a 2 layer and smaller than a over sized pickup trucks pecker.

Just came through drive thru & ordered a family pack. So Atleast 12 tacos. Ordered 5 side items on the side as well. Specified atleast 8 fire & 8 hot sauce. I don’t think 5, was 8 hot sauce. With receiving a 12 pack, we should have been given atleast enough for the tacos we’ve received. We’ve ordered less, and gotten more sauce packets. Consistency & listening to your customers help, a lot.
Also, do your employees change their gloves enough? There should be no reason one of my tacos tasted like cinnamon. In which we got cinnamon twists on the side. Side items were not put into the family box. So how or why would a taco tasted like cinnamon twists?

I ordered food for myself and my child on 1-30-2025. When I went to take a bite of one of my tacos something stuck me in my mouth, upon examining my food I found this. Disappointed but glad I got this instead of my child.

The food is always great however the experience in the drive through this time was very rude and shorthanded. The cashier Noah M was very abrupt and short tempered as we were not able to complete our order from the line and they seemed to have a demener that showed discheveled service and genuine hate of their life and job. Me and my partner found it rude and not the normal experience from previous visits.
Do not come here during the afternoon, the day staff at this location are rude and will short your food just because they’re in a bad mood. If you go to this location try and go later in the day for better food and better service! I cannot stress enough how bad the day staff is compared to the night staff.

This is one disgustingly dishonest and sorry location! Will NEVER be back. I ordered nachos bell grande and just look at the picture. There is literally barely any cheese and meat and barely any chips in this pathetic bowl.
I drove back up to the location, asked for the manager, and told her "I am trying to figure out what this is". She literally lied and made up every excuse as to why they fixed the bowl like this. She said Taco Bell's pictures are misleading and the way they made it is how it's supposed to be made. I had her refund my husband's card and left that BS on the counter.
I drove to another Taco Bell and they filled up the bowl with chips but again lacked on toppings. So again this place is a scamming lie. Given the reviews they have a history of this BS.

Found black hair in my food the second time in a row now. I dont know why its soo hard for people to wear a hair net but its absolutely disgusting to find hair in your food, it ruins the rest if your meal and appetite. Id rather take a bath with a toaster than trust my digestive system with these people again.

Stopped in for forth meal, late night after work. Got some soft shell taco supremes and a Mexican pizza. The service was quick and efficient, I was in and out quickly, and the food was good. No problems with my order, so good job for them. Will definitely stop there again for some late night grub grab!
