We ordered online. We arrived at the Henry location & just had a great big lady put her back against the outdoor window. She didn't once open the window to tell us it wasn't ready yet. Ridiculous. Bad customer service.

This TB is consistantly the worst in Muskegon. Recently Doesnt appear to be employees fault. 2 Online pickup orders havnt gone through at all. Reason last was done was to get the new Midnight Baja. I went inside to order (hoping I wouldnt be charged for the screwed up pickup) and guess what? They didnt have that.

Hey we asked for sour cream and had to pay for it, and then we didn't even get it in the bag. We waited in line for about 20 minutes and I was just unimpressed in every way. That's not one that I would normally go to just because I don't like the area but it is a Taco Bell and you get Taco Bell food. Lol

1st it took us 40 minutes to get our food, and when we asked she was incredibly rude. We had found that our order had somehow ended up in the mobile order shelves. The woman we spoke to was not only rude to us but every other customer who walked in. Whatever I get some people have a bad attitude, then we realized EVERY SINGLE food item was wrong and that's just insane

It's becoming a kiosk non personable experience.... Great if you like luke warm food and a lack luster experience.
Ordered at Kiosk. No one acknowledged us as we waited for our cups for the beverages. Had to ask for them when our food came out. Crunch wrap was less than desired. Flat. Not well wrapped. Fell apart when eating it. Steak fries looked delicious but fries were cold. Cold & old. Very obvious the fries sat under a light. Same w just the plain nacho fries. Meh🥴 disheartening when prices go up & food quality goes down.

I will say normally when I went here in the past it wasn’t the best but they definitely have changed because today whoever was working had my food super hot and fresh and it tasted so much better fresh! Whoever was working today on May 29th around 5pm you guys are doing a great job keep up the work cause my food was amazing today!

ABSOLUTELEY SUCKSSSS!!! I ordered a number 4 (Crunchwrap supreme and crunchy taco) I switched the taco to a Dorito's locos taco and and received a normal crunchy taco, i also didn't even get a crunch wrap I GOT A CHEESY DOUBLE BEEF BURITO. Every other time I've ordered from here they've also got my order wrong or my stuff was cold.

Very rude employees the last two times I went in there they messed up my order both times and didn't give a single shot about fixing it, and they genuinely don't care as they clearly show it's really nice inside, however the people working there just are truly not nice.
