You have people out here doing burnouts because they're waiting for an hour for their food. Trying to back up and causing a traffic jam in your parking lot on the busiest day of the year because you decided it was a good idea to start two new people. Horrible.

I do Uber Eats and DoorDash in my spare time. When I stoped by for my first order I asked what time the lobby closed, and was told midnight. I mistook this as for everyone, since that’s how it was after a certain time for so long. When I picked up the order, a girl said that it’s supposed to be in a plastic bag, a bigger, taller girl just said “Shhh, look away for a minute.” I came back after midnight for a second order, and I went through the drive-thru because I misunderstood. When I got to the window, the bigger, taller girl said “Next time you have to come inside.” I said, “oh I’m sorry, I thought she said the lobby closed at midnight.” She then said, “I don’t care. Have a good night.” And just the window on me. Now that it’s time for me to eat, and I’ve now had multiple issues here, I’m driving almost 8 times further for my food to not be made by these rude people. I’ll also be declining orders from here if this is how they treat people. I’ve had issues as a delivery person and as a regular customer

Used to like this Taco Bell, but whoever they have on window now is awful. Made me wait 15 minutes for 1 burrito I ordered online 15 minutes prior and they didn't even get my drink right. Second time this has happened now too. Last time they didn't even give me the correct order after making me wait, meanwhile my order was already set and packed they just made me wait and then gave me someone else's food. The same woman has been working the window both times and was terribly rude both times.

Won't be coming back as long as the current staff is how it is.

Don't recommend, especially if you want to order online.

I have changed my review from five stars to one star. I used to love this Taco Bell. All the good staff no longer works here. They can’t make a good meal to save their lives, the staff has no customer service skills, and it feels like half the time they have an attitude. Additionally one of their third shift staff members was extremely rude to me while I was picking up a DoorDash order because I didn’t know to come into the lobby after it’s supposed to be closed. Absolutely lackluster anytime of the day. I think I’m done coming here.

I’m very tired of biting into a burrito and getting only tortilla with a hint of cheese in my mouth.

I am literally writing this review in the drive thru because I've been at the window for 25 minutes waiting for a $50 order. Like what? They better make sure all my food is there before they hand it to me with all that time waiting for food to be made. I feel bad if they are short staffed or training some poor kid but this is ridiculous! I still have more time to keep writing. No food yet. Still no food. I'm starving!

I just a one chicken crispy tender it was so disgusting I think even dogs doesn’t eat that kind of chicken tender it’s totally burnt …and as we are expecting the Taco Bell for good comforted food …it didn’t happen if your not able to provide good service and food why the hell you guys run the store I will share the picture of the food …I want my refund back my drive thru order 12.50am ..12dec …I never order it again from this store ..totally disappointed 😢

Multiple times in a row i have gone to this location and either had food items forgotten, made wrong or just skimped out on food. The managers dont seem to care about customers experiences with the business just keeping times down. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS LOCATION

No surprised and going through the drive-thru. You will definitely be sitting and waiting for a good 20 to 30 minutes and there's no way to exit the drive-thru until you get to the windows and they have two windows and one of the windows is completely closed which would probably speed up service so I would definitely not suggest coming here

We ordered online. We arrived at the Henry location & just had a great big lady put her back against the outdoor window. She didn't once open the window to tell us it wasn't ready yet. Ridiculous. Bad customer service.

This TB is consistantly the worst in Muskegon. Recently Doesnt appear to be employees fault. 2 Online pickup orders havnt gone through at all. Reason last was done was to get the new Midnight Baja. I went inside to order (hoping I wouldnt be charged for the screwed up pickup) and guess what? They didnt have that.
