I don’t care what people have to complain about, this taco bell has never done me wrong. I am NOT a reviewer, but after countless times of outstanding service, quality, and accuracy, I just have to. As someone who does not eat beef, I am definitely a customizer. Every single time without fail, they make my customizations possible with flawless accuracy. They wrote on the bags which item was which! THANK YOU! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve bit into beef by accident. They are kind, not over bearing, and always hand off my food to me at a good time. I’ve never waited over 5-10 minutes (and I order a lot). To whom ever worked night shift on 11-16-25, yall are awesome. Thank you. <3

Food always tastes amazing, and the staff is very friendly.
The service was not good they need to work on that or train their employees how to be better at service there customer. Also, the employees for dinner or 3rd shirt is ever rude to there customers for Ubereats , DoorDash, or there customers ordering food, and they like to grad your card out of your hand every fast and rude. There management need to train them better. I am really disappointed with this Taco Bell. You guys can do better than you did tonight, aka yesterday

Do not place an online order for this location multiple customers are having issues with the order being charged to cards but not going through on their end in the sherman location. Employees are not very helpful with the issue.

We make a drive thru order and they were out of something we asked them what and they said they didn’t know it was our fiesta potatoes and we had 2 but they got replaced with chips we weren’t asked about what we wanted just given the easiest thing they were out of potatoes didn’t even tell or ask us before substituting a potato taco for a supreme beef burrito

Five stars isn’t enough. I showed up late and, in classic DR650 fashion, promptly dropped my bike in the lot. Normally I can lift it myself; I’ve done it plenty of times; but life has been… a ride lately, and my body wasn’t having it. I had to walk away and reflect for a bit (lol).
By pure divine timing, the morning crew rolled in just as I returned, and three absolute legends helped me team-lift the bike like it was a sacred mission. I left again to grab my food, and when I came back, yet another kind soul checked on me.
I’ve been to a lot of places. These people are special. Bless them. Every single one. 🙏

This location hates sauce. Almost every order we get they forgot our salsa packets, and put barely, if any sauce on their products. Multiple times we've gotten dry burritos, with no packets of hot sauce, even after asking.
