Taco Bell is way too overpriced for the quality, and quantity you get today. It's just not worth it after the last 20 years of price gouging. 👎

So my boyfriend mobile ordered some taco bell for him, myself, and my mother. Although there wasn't anything wrong with it once we got our food and ate it, when all three of us woke up in the morning, we were woken by stomach pains, nausea and vomiting, not to mention the weakness and diarrhea. This is a big problem for me because we don't get sick often so I know for a fact we got food poisoning. We've never had problems bere bfore and we like buying here but food poisoning is so painful and it is terrible. As a fast food place one of the only things that's most important is FOOD SAFTEY!!!! Considering I work at McDonald's, I am very disappointed. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE MAKE SURE WHOEVER IS WORKING ON THE DECK AND WORKS HERE..... DO YOUR FOOD SAFTEY AND DON'T LET OTHERS GET SICK!! Thank you!

Pulled up with no cars in drive thru. I waited ten minutes just for someone to take my order. Then I order two burritos and it’s another ten minutes. The burritos are only half full. This used to be my favorite Taco Bell. But that was just terrible.
Every tacobell in muskegon doesn't like to greet customers when they come in. They just look at you and walk off.

Walked in with no one in line in front of me. Stood there for 5 mins waiting for someone to take my order. Decided to just place my own order on their little order taker screen assuming thats what i had to do because they all seen me standing there and not one of them came to help me. After placing order that i was paying for with cash, i stood there for another 5 mins. Finally a guy comes over and asks if i need to place an order. I said no, i already did, i just have to pay and had my money out and ready. He says, well if u didnt pay how do u expect us to have your order. I said Well I guess u should wait on me then huh? Been standing here for 10 mins. He laughed and shook his head. Takes my money then throws my reciept and my change on the counter instead of handing it to me. I left the change for him to pick up. I believe he was the person in charge too. Poor customer service, dirty dining room and no soap in womens bathroom. Will not go back to this location
