I got a coffee and a refill here for pretty cheap. Coffee was solid. Service was great. I really liked the folks here and the vibe of the place overall.Weird tip: I highly recommend their bathroom.

Warm friendly atmosphere. Was there to meet with a large group. The Muskegon LGBT community to discuss Gay Pride Parade. The baristas were able to keep up with no issue. The coffee was delicious. There was an undefined element in my wife's Chai tea. It was driving her nuts trying to figure out what it was, but it too was delicious. Will definitely be back.

Very nice atmosphere and servers were very nice. Their black coffee was alright. I would say that if the coffee was served to you somewhere, you would be good with it, but you might not seek it out. Some other company I was with, got some dirty chais. One was made with skim milk at it tasted alright, just little weak on flavors all around. However, another was made with oak milk and it tasted and smelled like the milk may have spoiled.

I’ve been coming to the coffee factory for over a year now and have started to get worse and worse service. My final straw with this place was Sunday morning I went to grab a coffee and when I entered there were only 2 employees, no line, not busy at all. Perfect right? Well I stood at the counter waiting to order for 8 minutes until finally deciding to leave. I made eye contact with both employees and neither of them acknowledged I was there. Not even a “I’ll be with you in a minute”. So, I left and they lost my business. Absolutely rude! Not to mention the past few times I’ve came in there have been dirty plates and mugs with flies in them laying around. Oh, and the employees touch all the food with their bare hands. The milk and milk alternatives are left on the counter, open. Gross and I won’t be back! It’s a shame… I really liked this place at first.

If you are visiting or if you are a local, The Coffee Factory is a total vibe! It is 100% one of those places you see in a Hallmark movie or read about in your favorite novel. Everything is perfect! From the staff, to the fresh made pastries, cakes, & sandwiches, to the drinks, & all the way to the selection of books & vintage items for purchase. Total vibe.Pictured: A little cheeseburger their baker made for April Fools. So stinking cute!

The Coffee Factory has done a remarkable job of improving its offering to the Muskegon community. More than merely a coffee shop, the Coffee Factory houses local vendors for clothing, books, games, and more. The service is always personable and professional, and the environment is comfortable and chill. Great establishment!

This place is a must-visit whether you’re a Muskegon native or just passing through! This little coffee shop is an oasis for the introverted bookworm and social butterfly alike. The coffee is top tier, the food was light and tasty, and the vibes were impeccable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! So happy that a place like this put down roots in Muskegon.Parking: We have a 14 passenger school bus and were able to park easily!
