We decided last minute to try The Lake House for dinner tonight. We didn’t make a reservation, yet we were seated at a table outdoors almost immediately. Sharon was our waitress and she was phenomenal. She quickly greeted us and got our drinks. Within minutes of ordering I got an alert on my phone of an incoming storm. That’s on us for not checking the weather and asked for our order to go. Sharon went above and beyond and somehow managed to find us a table indoors! Food was...read full review
Terrible!!! Never again!!! I would have called to complain but I did not see a professional person in sight. We were on the boat for the day & decided to grab the kids a bite to eat. I checked the bag for the sauces as Lake house is notorious for forgetting sauce - the extra sauces we paid for were not in the bag OR the boxes. Amazing 10 out of 10 service and food! the atmosphere was laid back and the view was spectacular. It was the perfect place to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The sunset walk after dinner was definitely the cherry on top.

The Lake House Waterfront Grille and Event Center offers stunning views and a calming atmosphere, making it an ideal place for special occasions like wedding anniversaries and birthday celebrations. The attentive staff provides excellent service, with servers going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The extensive menu features delicious dishes, including the Walleye Po'Boy, seafood entrees like salmon, shrimp, perch, and dishes like gnocchi and New York strip. The restaurant's setting is right on the lake, next to the marina, providing beautiful views, especially during sunset. The venue has a clean appearance but feels a bit dated, reminiscent of an 80s/90s movie, which some guests find charming. The food is consistently good, with many enjoying calamari, whitefish, and desserts like cheesecake. With its friendly staff and spectacular views, it remains a favorite among both locals and visitors.
