My wife and I have frequented this establishment a few times. In the past, due to a limited budget, we always had a drink/appetizer which were always flavorful and made for a delightful evening!
I will definitely be back! I have a simple palette so I ordered the mac and cheese and chicken tenders and my table mate ordered the french dip. We were both extremely pleased with our dishes. We were seated quickly and were very happy to accommodate us when we asked to move so we could have a different view.
I had the Best hamburger here for lunch. Great atmosphere and good service. I work right across the street and I will be back!
We had a few drinks here prior to a wedding. Our service was great, facility is beautifully remodeled, very clean and the drinks were also great. We will be back!
We were seated very quickly. The waitress ignored us for 15 minutes, dealt with the table next to us. The wonderful hostess Lauren, took our drink and food orders. Waitress was lazy, rude, and should not be serving the public, she spent more time hanging out by the bar chatting than working her section. 2 stars instead of 1 because Lauren was so sweet and kind. I say fire the wait staff and restaff. Kitchen was very slow, we ordered a sandwich and a burger, it took 15 minutes to arrive. I wondered why this beautiful place was empty, while all the other local places were packed. Now I know. Seriously in need of a solid manager and purging of staff.... maybe promote Lauren, she knows great customer service!
Easily the worst restaurant in Muskegon. We went in for a nice dinner before a show across the street. The waitress was slow to come to the table. The fire place wasn’t on. We asked for bread and never received any. We were told they were out of what we ordered, then we were told they weren’t as we were deciding to leave. No one on staff really seemed to know what was going on. Finally, when we gave our waitress the feedback that the only vegetarian option was pretty bad, she said she’d heard that a lot and advised us to just put more salt on it. Um, no thanks. This place is going to have to get its act together to even attempt to compete with the great food offered in other downtown restaurants.
Fantastic good, friendly staff, great atmosphere!!!
Slow service, mediocre food. Took 10 minutes before anyone even came to the table. Had an hour for lunch from the meeting in the same hotel and were late getting back!
One star for trying.
