Usually one of our favorite restaurants but after the last 2 visits I will definitely think twice. The service has been extremely slow but tonight was beyond bad. Took forever for anyone to take our drink order and even longer to get our drinks. I ordered a sub with no onion or tomato and chips. My husband ordered a sub with chips. Received our order and both had fries. Brought it to the attention of the waitress and she said she would bring us some chips. Never did. Took a bite...
Tried Topshelf for the first time and it’s now a fast favorite. Ordered pickup, the staff was awesome when I went in. The mozzarella was loaded on and tasted so fresh (hard to find in a pizza place now!). The sub had great flavor, and the mozzarella sticks were some of the best. For the price we paid, less than 90% of other places by us, I was so impressed and will absolutely be back.
My service was very attentive and right on point. I had a Reuben sandwich that was very filling and tasty. All tables were clean and well maintained. Definitely check this place out!
