If I could give this a zero star I would. How disappointing for the character of the bartender Kristi, to go out of her way to insult my mother over a cocktail that's on the menu by calling her entitled and trash. Disappointing in security for coming in hot headed on my mother without knowing the situation. Mind you my mother was the one who tried to resolve conflict. The bartender from the moment we arrived for dancing with the local stars, mind you this was 6pm, hated her life. Verbally explained she hated making margaritas and martinis. My family and I went there to have a good time and to celebrate for raising money for local food pantries. Cops got called and we were kicked out of our room because Kristi played victim. I don't think I have ran into anyone that was so nasty and hypocritical. I hope the karma comes for her which I know it will. The drinks and our server was amazing she was so nice and made sure we were taken care of. I feel bad for the good people that work with Kristi honestly, and probably could ask multiple people if they had a bad run in with her and they would probably agree.

Reservations were for 5:30. Drink order did not come to table until 6:10, food didn't come until 7:10. Did not have enough staff for diners coming prior to theater show across the street!

Food was embarrassingly under seasoned. Food took for ever and our waitress didn't address any of it. She was super nice the few times she came around but overall I would never go back. To boot the meal for four was over $200.

My friend and I ate at Walker's before the symphony and the food was delicious. I had the short ribs with horseradish mashed potatoes and green beans and it was all very tasty. My companion had a side salad and grilled shrimp which she really liked. Our server was Dianne and she was great. She was serving quite a few tables but everyone got their food and bills in time to get to the symphony. The food and service has improved a great deal from the past. Good job Walker's keep it up.

Everything was just middle of the road fine. We had a late reservation as open table said nothing available until 7:45 yet tons of table available when we got there, pretty sure we could of got in earlier and pretty sure no reservation was needed. Ordered salad to start, yet all the food came out at the same time. Food was ok but a little underwhelming for the price. Gave it a chance but would not go again.

First time visiting this place. The food was awesome and really enjoyed having Becca as our Server. Looking forward to our next visit.

Everything was wonderful. I had the feature salmon and my husband had the pork porterhouse. The creme brulee was nearly perfect. Our service was great too!

Our waitress was great and very nice. She made sure to check on us often. Unfortunately the food was not worth the price. The restaurant was almost empty and music very low which seemed a bit awkward. It’s a great looking place and I think has lots of potential. Would definitely go back for drinks and appetizers only but wouldn’t recommend food. If they just made some changes could be great. Wait staff was great and very welcoming.

Lovely atmosphere and great food.Steak risotto with mushrooms was a full meal. Horseradish mashed potatoes are the perfect side. Asparagus was perfectly cooked and enough for two.

On a Saturday night one of the best restaurants in Muskegon was not busy! Why not? Where is everybody? Walkers is a gem! Wonderful food, delicious drinks, exceptional service, beautiful holiday ambiance. Get yourselves down there and experience it!

The food was above average and the service was as if someone really didn't care. We sat down and ordered drinks and when they were brought out ordered dinner. It wasn't until they were bringing our food out that we could ask to have the waters refilled and order more drinks. After those drinks were brought out we never seen anyone again until we had to hunt someone down to bring us our check so we could leave to continue to another establishment for more drinks and desert. No it wasn't closing time and there was few if any other people in there. We could have been given great service instead of getting a place not to return to.

We've eaten at Walker's several times when attending a show at The Frauenthal. It's an easy place to eat and then walk across the street to the show. We have not always had the fastest service, but I've learned to make a reservation early enough to plan for slower service, if that happens. Food is great, atmosphere is great. Seems a bit pricey to me, but my guests with me thought the prices were very reasonable.

I've ordered the daily special at restaurants because it's a special for a reason. The prime beef stroganoff was disappointing. The meat was tough, some fatty pieces and some gristle pie.

Best Thanksgiving buffet that I have ever been to. Staff was wonderful and accommodating and the food was WONDERFUL!!! Can't wait to make our reservations for next Thanksgiving!!
