The last 4 times our orders have been all wrong. We asked for doubles and got singles but was charged for the doubles. Ordered a chicken BLT and there was no bacon. We used to love going here at night but now we are just getting ripped off.

The baconator which is 8 bucks for a single almost is literally one patty and two pieces of bacon? McDonald’s has a bacon cheeseburger for 3.50. Same thing just add mayo. Rip off.

First and foremost the Sherman location has they nicest employees in the afternoon. They are quick, efficient and friendly. The orders are always correct, fast and hot! The inside and bathrooms always look and smell clean and freshly sanitized.
The service was good as the cashier was polite and courteous understanding the food was cold and the biggest problem I had was the carpet in the dining area was so nasty that if felt like my feet where sticking to it. I'll never return to this establishment just because of the dining room and cold food.

The food is fine but I went there at about 8:30 nobody else was in line so there was no reason for them to be rushing me and my order. They didn't get my order right which was literally just 2 breakfasts, because they wanna rush me and they were very rude. I'm a GM at a restaurant myself, where I work this isn't tolerated, rushing customers makes you lose out on the rest of their order therefore $. Whenever we go at night their very polite and don't rush us whatsoever. This morning before I was even done she just told me my total. Like I said there was no other customers the parking lot was practically empty, absolutely no reason or excuse for that behavior. I'd rather just go to the McDonald's right by here than be rushed and treated like that as a paying customer.
