I come here almost every day for a samich for lunch and a cup of coffee and breakfast samich in the morning. The staff is amazing there, especially the one lady with the tatted sleeves. Always greeted with a smile and food always good.

I'm nor sure if this is a corporate store or a franchise? But, the smell of old grease hits at the door. Omg! I suggest a deep cleaning of the store, especially the kitchen, maybe make it a monthly thing. Staff was fine. X the Ramain lettuce on burgers go back to regular, you take a bite and the whole piece comes out of the sandwich just suggestion. You have to step up , there's a Culver's next door now.
Waited in the drive through line for fifteen minutes for my online order and when it was finally brought out to the car, it was the wrong order, and was supposed to go to the guy in the car parked behind me, but he refused to take it as it was already given to me. We both went inside to try to get it resolved and were met with mass chaos. Five employees running around like headless chickens, no idea what they were supposed to be giving me or anyone else, another customer who came inside demanding her money back, no apologies for their errors and still ended up with the wrong food, but by that point just wanted to get out. The place desperately needs a management upgrade. Can't imagine how much money they lost on that day alone. Complained online to customer service with zero feedback. Maybe avoid this location for the next year or so.

Literally the rudest costumer service people I’ve ever encountered. I come up here quite frequently because it’s convenient for me and my family. There’s days I don’t have a problem and days these girls are rude as hell.

Absolutely disgusting and dirty in there. Food everywhere even all over the counter. The girl at the front with the tons of color hair, grabbed my chicken nuggets with her bare hands. Then proceeded to touch all over her face and grab the front of her pants. When she handed me my bag of food I asked her did she grab my nuggets with her raw hands and she said “I washed my hands” and I told her I need new nuggets and use the tongs to grab them. I refuse to eat after someone’s dirty hands with no gloves or nothing. Just nasty. And their customer service sucks. This is MY opinion.
