I come here almost every day for a samich for lunch and a cup of coffee and breakfast samich in the morning. The staff is amazing there, especially the one lady with the tatted sleeves. Always greeted with a smile and food always good.

I'm nor sure if this is a corporate store or a franchise? But, the smell of old grease hits at the door. Omg! I suggest a deep cleaning of the store, especially the kitchen, maybe make it a monthly thing. Staff was fine. X the Ramain lettuce on burgers go back to regular, you take a bite and the whole piece comes out of the sandwich just suggestion. You have to step up , there's a Culver's next door now.

Waited in the drive through line for fifteen minutes for my online order and when it was finally brought out to the car, it was the wrong order, and was supposed to go to the guy in the car parked behind me, but he refused to take it as it was already given to me. We both went inside to try to get it resolved and were met with mass chaos. Five employees running around like headless chickens, no idea what they were supposed to be giving me or anyone else, another customer who came inside demanding her money back, no apologies for their errors and still ended up with the wrong food, but by that point just wanted to get out. The place desperately needs a management upgrade. Can't imagine how much money they lost on that day alone. Complained online to customer service with zero feedback. Maybe avoid this location for the next year or so.

Absolutely disgusting and dirty in there. Food everywhere even all over the counter. The girl at the front with the tons of color hair, grabbed my chicken nuggets with her bare hands. Then proceeded to touch all over her face and grab the front of her pants. When she handed me my bag of food I asked her did she grab my nuggets with her raw hands and she said “I washed my hands” and I told her I need new nuggets and use the tongs to grab them. I refuse to eat after someone’s dirty hands with no gloves or nothing. Just nasty. And their customer service sucks. This is MY opinion.

All I can say is wow! It was 10:55 a.m. and I ordered breakfast. The person said it was now lunchtime. I said oh ok and changed my order to lunch. When I got to the window the girl said I went and checked and we can do your breakfast order. So I said sure. About 5 mins. Later our food came out hot, very full packs of potatoes wedges and so tasty. The girl at the window was very kind and I told her how unusual it was for her to help a customer to this extent and be so kind. I was so appreciative! So she said no problem I have to put food down no matter what. But I want her to know that she did a great job and those working with her to get out our order hot and fast. A+team!

We came on July 8th and they had like 6 or 7 workers working, and this place was disgusting, tables was dirty, the floor to an entrance had water on the floor, a customer told one of the workers, and they still did nothing about it. I will never come back to this place again

We stopped here on our way to White River Campground. Worst Wendy's i have ever been to. Went to the drive thru and the girl practically threw our bags at my husband and then walked away. The nuggets were old and cold and the burgers tasted like they had been under the warmer all day. $40 for 2 people. Complete waste of money and the service was atrocious!

Absolutely ridiculous waited for food for 20 something minutes at the counter numerous people coming in and out saying he didn't get the stuff in their bags when they drive through order literally no wonder why Culver's is taking over in North Muskegon just sad, and they're not even busy which is insane The workers are walking around like they don't even know what's going on they've asked numerous times do you have this did you get that we won't be returning probably

DO NOT COME HERE. The place was dirty. Every sign needed straightened, everything needed centered, it was driving me crazy as I have ocd. The woman at the cash register was not very nice, nor did she show any comprehension of customer service at all. Food took very very long to come out ans when it came out all of the food was wrapped wrong, fries were unsalted, sauces were forgot, the chicken me and my brother both had tasted stale as long as the bun, and the bacon burger we ordered had zero bacon.

Today, I was in Wendy's, to get a replacement for something that wasn't in my order. I met the manager Kelly she went above and beyond my expectations. The staff was kind and courteous, and I will definitely come back.

I went to the north muskegon Wendy's this evening after a tough day expecting a decent hot meal. I went through the drive through and was never told my total and asked to drive ahead. Once I got to the window and sat and waited for upwards of 15 minutes before anyone came to tell me my total, take my money or give me my food. My food was cold, sloppily put together and missing ingredients (top bun, bacon, etc...). The cashier at the windows was rude and couldn't be bothered by my business. I will never go back there again! Awful!
