No matter the Wendy's location, I just frequent this one, they seem to always put cheese on my burger. It doesn't matter the location. It's always the same. I say don't put cheese on my burger and they do it anyway.

Numerous times now I have gone through drive-thru after 9pm and something always tends to be wrong with the order. Once it was no straw, many times it's no sauce, and a few times it's been a missing/wrong item. Guess going the extra 5 miles is worth it to go to a location where I actually get my full order.

I ordered a small frosty I'm the drive through and I was eating it until I put another spoon full in my mouth but then I feel something hard in it and I pulled it out of my mouth and it looked something like a small rotten chipped tooth in it and I know it wasn't mine because I know it Was in the frosty and the girl that served me was kinda rude

I ordered a few things tonight, they forgot my cookie, didn’t give us a straw or napkins. And when I got home the bag leaked chili all over me from the chili cheese fries and the bag broke open and was just dripping all over. Went back for a remake and the lady rudely told me to give her my bag of food back, which I thought wasn’t allowed since I work in customer service and it’s nailed into our heads not to take food back, just remake and give. The food we did get was good but my burger was also supposed to be a triple and only came a double, I’d say definitely need to step up the game at this location because we don't get this service anywhere else.

I just went to wendys in North muskegon and paid over 17.00 for a pretzel bun baconator and a double cheese burger and then they screwed up the whole order d8dnt give me a pretzel bun baconator or a double cheese burger I'm not really sure what kind of burgers but definitely not what I ordered not the first time I have had issues with this wendys

Ordered a burger fries and coke waited 15 minutes nobody inside. Went up and asked if they forgot me. Finally got my burger and it was chicken. 10 more minutes I get my burger ask guy don't I get fries. He say didn't I give you them. I say I wouldn't of asked you if you gave them to me. All done at that wendys
