I go to wendys often because the lemonade slaps, and i usually order a salad for myself and my husband. This is the second time that ive gotten expired crouton crumbles. The little onion things for the cob salad are also expired. For months. Mine was in August and the cob salad stuff expired in july. Heavily disappointing when youre paying $9 for a salad to find out the topping is expired. They clearly dont check or rotate their stock. I will only be going for the lemonade from this point on because im tired of paying for expired stuff.

Well between being charged two totally different prices for the exact same meal. Okay we forgave that, even though it happens all the time. We went again today two sausage biscuits with cheese no egg well we got charged for cheese but it wasn't on there and who took a bite out of one of the pieces of sausage? You can do better. Personally I'm done giving you chances.

Messed up our order at the drive through. When we explained they missed the bacon and cheese potato they told us to drive around and order again. I went inside no appolgy, just rude workers.

Came through drive-thru and GM/ order taker were both very rude, rushing me I've worked customer service before in fast food off an on for 31 yrs, the way they spoke was unprofessional. On Friday 8/23/24 dmy daughter ordered spicy nuggets and BBQ today they told her she couldn't even though she was willing to play separately for each serving the GM , said she couldn't on menu board it displays 4, 6, 10 if a customer wants 8 nuggets and willing to pay for two orders of 4 Why not??? Teach your employees better customer service!

I honestly can’t say enough about this location, every time I go here my food is always hot, I always get extra pickles when I ask and the workers always have smiles on their faces! It’s so nice to see people love what they do and provide the best service possible.
Went through late at night. The staff was really friendly which is always a bonus. The drive-thru was slow to move and for how slow it was moving the food tasted old. Fries were definitely stale. Was a little disappointed

This Wendy's on Apple is usually really great at breakfast! Sent my niece there today and she ordered both our breakfast sandwiches without egg, the lady rudely told her to pull around to the front "cause we have to make your sandwiches special". I've ordered this exact sandwich many times and never had a problem getting no egg. Well after all that when my niece got home both sandwiches had egg on it..... I'm hoping they just grabbed the wrong ones and someone else got no egg instead of leaving it on because they didn't want to make new ones. If the lady hadn't been rude I would of chalked it up to an oops!

Called the apple location to see if they would help with my order. When I called the girl seemed nice. When we arrived at the location the same girl was completely unprofessional, and disrespectful. She had a very poor attitude, and sounded like a complete fool.

Placed a mobile order in the parking lot. Waited like 5 minutes to go in so they had time to prepare. I get inside and see my name on a list with about 3 people in front of me. No big deal. They placed their order before I did. However I see my salad and hamburger sitting on the counter. Behind 2 other people's orders. Again. Not a big deal. It looks like I'm in line. They made the 2 other orders that were before me on the list. Then made the 3 orders that e were under my name on the list. Ok. Not cool. Then they finally start to put together my food order. And after all the food is sitting on the counter. This was at least a 15 minute wait. So 20 minutes since ordering. The worker set my food on the counter and looks at me like it's done. But stares at my receipt to make sure he has it all. Then realized he needed to make frosties. We'll he says out loud that he needed a med chocolate and a small tripple berry. And then waits 2 minutes before making it himself. Then he stares at the receipt for another minute before making the tripple berry. Then again stares at the receipt for at least 3 minutes before wadding up my receipt and tossing it to the side before making my jr. chocolate frostie. I don't know if the whole crew is special needs or just slow. But it was the whole crew that was acting this way. Not a friendly environment. Not clean. And not going to be going back.

Ordered a salad today for lunch. When I checked to make sure the dressing was in there she snapped at me the dressing was in my salad bag. It was but she did not put the bag of parmesion crumbles. Didn't dare say anything because she was being a witch. The other girl was very pleasant. There was hardly any chicken or cheese on the salad.....did she eat it?
