Went there for the first time today. After standing there for about 5 minutes, one of the middle eastern Indian guys finally came over. I went to place my order and was then told, "we're not taking orders" as he pointed to the orders that they had because they were busy. But, I was then told I could order online. He was quite rude and not helpful at all. So , basically because you were busy you wouldn't take my order, but I could stand there and order from my phone? And then there was a guy that came in that had takeout and the Indian guy wouldn't give him his food because it wasn't paid for. The guy said yeah I know, I'm going to pay for it right now. The Indian guy acted like the customer was trying to steal it. Be my first and last experience! Never again.....

We walked in at 7pm on a Saturday night to place an order. After standing at the counter for 5 minutes or more before being acknowledged an employee asked us “are you placing an order?” We said yes. He said “we’re not taking orders.” Without any explanation. What???? An open restaurant on a weekend at 7pm with unlocked doors and they’re not taking orders???

They could not give me cold wings and cold fries plus my drink was nasty
Cold, old fries, no flavor and barely any sauce/seasoning on fries and wings. Decided to try it for the first time and won’t be going back obviously.
I got the fight night bundle and was given only the wings. It was also supposed to come with corn, fries, and two drinks.
I asked if drinks came with it and was told no, so I paid $6 extra for drinks.
It might've been kinda my fault for not verifying what came with it but I got totally ripped off.
Don’t take phone calls, messed up the whole order…will never return
