We had a great time at the bar over the weekend. Husband’s family is from Sand Lake and we got together to toast several loved ones we’ve lost over the past few years. Ashley is the best! She kept our glasses full for toasting and turned the music down for a minute when we needed that. Apologies to the other patrons and we appreciate their understanding. Sand Lake Super pizza - YUM! Firecrackers and bread sticks were delicious too. Perfect local bar setting...
Food was excellent!! Waitress was friendly,attentive, patrons were good, but...the music was extremely loud whereas it was hard to hear our conversation across the table,I had one of the best patty melts ever!! Wish it wasn't an hour away!! Will certainly be back.
We just happened upon this bar on our camping trip. The special was Flint Coney's. I grew up in the Flint area and these are BETTER than Angelo's and Starlight put together!! Clean, friendly, spacious, pool table, juke box, horseshoes, fireplace, live entertainment, little dance floor, and delicious food!! Highly recommend!!
