This is the best pasties I've ever had. Light and flaky crust. 12/10

Delicious pasties. However, unless you eat a lot a lot of gravy, one side is enough for 3-4 pasties. Would have been nice to be made aware of this.

These pasties are oblong and just as tasty as those that are half moon or circular in shape. Also - brown gravy. It’s fun to note the differences. One could call it pasty research.
As is the norm, price was more than reasonable, the guy was very friendly, and it was a unique place. We also bought local honey and some frozen pasties for down state

The beef pastie is amazing. I almost felt guilty using the gravy on it until I realized the gravy was homemade. Then I didn’t feel bad. Better than anything you’re going to find in st. Ignace or on the other side of the bridge. Outdoor seating with 2 or 3 picnic tables. The service was great.

I think they are out of business. They don’t answer messages.

This was by far the best pastie I have ever eaten and everyone here was super nice. Don’t forget the gravy when you order!

Decent pasties, not the best we’ve had. They only had one kind available (Hiawatha pastie) when we went and all others on the menu were frozen. To be fair, they were fresh and hot out of the oven so that was great. I wish they had a beef only option instead of a mix of beef and pork, but I understand thats the original pastie recipe. They cheaped out on the meat and added lots of potatoes to the pastie instead which wasn’t awesome. Easy quick stop for food, lady at registered was super nice.

We went there for our first ever pasties (pronounced: pass-tee; we messed it, but the person working there was nice to us and didn’t correct us. Lol.) They were VERY good!

They had the traditional ones on deck. They were a hearty, lunchtime food. We understood wholeheartedly why they were taken into the mine for lunch!

They also had vegetarian ones that were available to heat up. That was also VERY good!

All in all, they reminded me of a handheld pot pie, which you can never go wrong with!

Best pasties I’ve had! The Hiawatha with beef and pork is outstanding. And best crust with perfect ratio to meat. Happy we got 2 dozen frozen to go
