I can’t speak more highly of this place!! We stumbled upon this place and it is just AMAZING! We had burgers, fresh fries and the poutine!! Can’t wait to come back!
Finally made it to Moofinfries today after a winter full of snowstorms that derailed my plans to stop in again, and WOW, it did not disappoint!
It was especially fun for me knowing it’s owned by my second grade teacher and her husband, but the food and experience speak for themselves.

Stopped at Moofinfries for lunch on our way to Houghton and WOW! Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. We tried the poutine, whitefish, and a burger—and every bite was a hit. This is officially going to be a regular stop for us.
The owner was incredibly kind and even told my son that if he ends up choosing Michigan Tech, to call him anytime if he’s ever stuck on the road or needs a meal on the way. That kind of generosity says everything about this place.
