This is the second year my birthday cake has been from here. They are fabulous. The cheese cake is rich, very decadent, silky and sweet but still has that cream cheese tang. The crust to cake ratio is perfect.

From start to finish, their customer service is top-notch, and Melissa is an absolute DELIGHT to work with. She’s warm, responsive, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is just right.
What sets Midtown apart isn’t just the amazing service; it’s the exceptional quality of the food. Every bite tastes homemade, comforting, and thoughtfully prepared. And the presentation? Absolutely stunning. They don't just prepare food; they deliver a beautiful, cohesive holiday meal that looks just as good as it tastes.
If there’s something you’d like that’s not on their standard menu, just ask they’ll let you know honestly if it’s doable, and they always do their best to accommodate your requests. That kind of flexibility and care is rare and so appreciated.
Let’s talk value: When you consider the cost of ingredients, the time, and the effort of doing it all yourself, Midtown’s pricing is reasonable, especially given the generous portions. We ended up with more food than expected, and every single dish was a hit!
Honestly, I don’t think anyone in all of Marquette County can match the flavor, quality, and love that Midtown pours into their meals. This bakery isn’t just good—it’s second to none. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

We’ve been to Midtown a few times for their desserts but never tried any of their actual food until earlier this week. So glad we did! We had the All-American Turkey & Ham on sourdough and the mac and cheese soup, 10/10! It was hands down the best lunch I’ve had in a long time. I’m still raving about that soup, it was so rich and comforting! I’ll definitely be watching their menu closely, and you can bet I’ll be a regular when I see that soup on the menu! So delicious!
