We walked in the door and seated ourselves. It took about 10 minutes for the waitress to come to our table. Mind you, there was one other occupied table in the whole place. We ordered our 12” pizza immediately with our beverages and waited just under an hour for it! The crust was burnt and the pizza wasn’t very good. A big thumbs down for Tino’s.

We waited for just about an hour for cheese bread and a pizza. We had not even got our food yet and the waitress came over and asked if we were stuffed. I don’t know if she did not even put the food in or what. When we FINALLY got our pizza, it was wrong. They offered no sympathy and basically told us that she writes stuff down and we were wrong. Thankfully they comped the pizza from the bill but it was a really disappointing experience!

Wish I’d read these reviews before going out of my way for this Andrew Zimmern recommendation. The service was horrible and the staff was unapologetic. It took two hours to get a cudighi sausage sandwich and a small “works” pizza. The pizza crust was no better than Walmart premade crust- it was a dry dough -not an artisan type of pizza crust. Very disappointing! The atmosphere is loud. Sorry Andrew but this was a disappointing experience!

I'm writing this as we wait for our order.Terrible, we are waiting for our order 2 pizzas and one sandwich it has taking more than 40 minutes and we are still waiting . I will not recomen this pace. The pizza is good but is not worth the wait. The owner dosen even acknowledge that it is wrong not to let know customers that there is a delay. We had to asked for take out Don't recommend this place. I gave them one Star because you have to give something to write a review

Came here many times over the years. It was a Monday night and there were quite a few tables ande we ordered two pizzas and cudighi. After waiting nearly an hour I asked for our order to go since we had an engagement. Waited another 10 min. Hate to bring pizza home sine it is not as good as dine in. Pizza was good, would have been better if had been able to eat it there. No warning about wait. Manager should monitoring wait times. Very apologetic but some discount or coupon, round of drinks would have been nice.I'll certainly come again yet call ahead and order.

Born and raised in Negaunee. Tino’s is a staple in its history since the 70’s that I can remember.Faces change in employment but the food, pizza and cudighi, is just as excellent as it was back then. The people that frequent may get older but there smiles are just as young as memories of past. If there is a way to see old friends when visitingit’s here.Vango’s, the Villa or Congress are not comparable and that’s from my wife thats not even from the United States.8 days and we have had 4 pizzas now with pepperoni, cudighi, onions and black olives. With one more day here I can see 5 on the horizon!Don’t regret stopping here!

I don’t leave many reviews but this place was busy for pizza. We were like 90 min out but Erica kept us in cocktails and conversation. The pizza is very good. A must stop.

We ordered to go since we had some place to be it took over 2 hours and 20 mins to get this pizza and they were not that busy, was told by a other place they get alot of takeout orders, but only have 2 ovens, this is an insane amount of time to wait, (buy another oven ) and the pizza was terrible. Over cooked a frozen pizza would have been better. Would steer clear of this place, we sure are.
