“A chill place on a Sunday afternoon. After checking the website and seeing no food trucks (in February) I felt no qualms about bringing a sandwich in to absorb some of the alcohol.Only a few other patrons and the beer tender inside an open, airy space.Mostly high-top tables with a few low ones, the bar and a comfy looking couch in the corner.Four TVs have various sports on but music plays softly (a weird combo of easy listening, jazz, rap and new age adding up to garbage) as the only thing to be heard save conversations.Fourteen different brews are on tap and can be ordered as tasters (4 oz), full pours (varies by style), or 32 oz & 64 oz growlers.The man behind the bar was friendly, jovial, quick to take orders and did a great job of making the rounds to check on the clientele.I found the tall, bare metal stools a bit uncomfortable and the bare metal chairs fidnt look any softer so after an hour I moved to the couch.A relaxing brewery to which I suspect I'll be returning.“

“What a fun and local place to stop by for a refreshing beer. As someone who doesn’t consume too much alcohol, I really enjoy that they have small sample glasses you can purchase to try their huge variety in beer. After purchasing a few samples I decided to buy one to go in a crowler for my husband.The Smith family are the owners. They are friendly people and I love that they keep their business within the family. “Tombstone” derives from the Smith family’s long history of being in the cemetery business. What a unique way to tie in history to the name of this establishment.This is a gem. My new favorite spot“

“Went there last night (10/29/2023) for the first time and this place is great!!! Found it by accident, did not even know there was a brewery in a Richmond neighborhood but will definitely go back. Nice selection of very tasty brew. Sat at the bar and the bartender, Rebecca, was great!!! A very nice neighborhood bar/brewery that I highly recommend you all visit.“
