Ordered chicken fries and chicken nuggets. Wasn’t even offered dipping sauce for either. Both were so over cooked they might as well have been breaded chicken jerky. Don’t waste your money or time here. Go to the chesterfield location. At least their food is edible.

I'm done with Burger King for good.The second time here something is missing from my order. Tater tots were stale and overcooked, the chicken fries also overcooked and stale, both tasted like tough cardboard. And the mozzarella sticks were missing.It's just not worth it, there are plenty of other food options.

I got a whopper meal and the sandwich was cold and the coke machine was nasty and full of dry up sticky syrup that made my drink tast off. Would not recommend coming here again. And the place was empty like a ghost town. I felt like it was closed since I didn't see many people working.

Worst place 3 strikes and you’re out lol. They never have no customers and the McDonald’s is always packed, They burnt my biscuit again. I’m in customer service and my first job was @BK we took pride in our work. This thing was horrible never again.

Idk how people like this place. Food is dry. Nothing seems fresh. This is the worst fastfood in New Baltimore. Both neighboring restaurants atleast seem fresh. This place sucks. Horrible service and food. If I had 4 hands, they'd all be thumbs down. Apparently they don't care either, cuz I seen someone with same complaints and nothing has changed. Don't go here. Go to Popeyes or McDonalds instead.

Despite the food being Luke warm at best and my order missing an Item... I refuse to give less stars. Why? Because they had great customer service and they corrected my order when I explained... that's the keyword... explained what the issue was.The were 3 people working there. Today's labor pool is non-existent. Be thankful those 3 people showed up to work to serve you with a smile. Do your duty and check the food you paid for. If it's wrong, take your lazy behind inside and ask to get it corrected.

This place looks nice and I've only gone here a few times. The service is good and the employees are nice, but it seems like when you order in the evening nothing is fresh. And for some reason they absolutely drown your burger in mayonnaise. Other than that it's good. Would go again.

Dining room is filthy Service is so slow it almost moves backwards. Staff seems very polite, just lack of motivation or lack of proper leadership? Also three or four employees is not enough. Not fair to the staff. Burger was cold, fries were fresh and hot .
