Its really hit or miss but the managers are most definitely over worked and under paid. I feel bad getting upset when my order isn't right so most of the time I just let it go but once in a while the ball gets dropped and I cant rebound it so I have to call and get the issue fixed. They always apologize and replace the order but it is frustrating to deal with the mistake/issue time is money and my time is valuable. Ill still always come back.
