I've eaten here many times. I'm writing this because I'm contemplating going here, It's the only chicken spot. Something's happened pretty much every time.The best time to come is when the manager Emily is working. During the day, I notified them I was going to do a review and to make sure everything was straight. I asked for no small tenders in my meal. They didn't listen. I ordered via mobile app for delivery and when my order got delivered it was clearly the wrong name and wrong order. I contacted the driver and she told me it was the order she was given and to contact doordash. I had to drive all the way to the store to get my original order remade. The explanation I was given was that the mix up was it was under the same name and had a similar order. I said no, my order was not $16 and my name clearly is spelled Bre'L.
