Wow I can't believe I drive over an hour combined (back and forth) and pass like ten taco bells and other mexican choices to go to this Del Taco.The food and the service has gone way down hill, but the attractiveness of the employees has gone up.Where to start there was no one in the drive thru and it was around dinner time. Drove up to silence for what was several minutes and then a girl voice came on and asked me to wait and I waited for what seemed like about 3-5 more minutes before they were ready to take my order.Now the really bad stuff. They have a stupid menu that only gets more complex I ordered or thought I ordered the Carne Asada stuffed steak quesadilla taco but instead got the nasty and much smaller Carbon taco.I never uttered the word carbon but got that nasty thing instead which stunk because that was the majority of my order.It took what seemed like a longer than usual wait for my food to get prepared and I would been cool except for getting nasty carbon steak tacos instead of what I wanted and thought I had them order for me.What a waste of a lot of time my dog was even reluctant to eat the meat in the carbon taco and I gladly shared.For the love of GOD please have a simpler way to order so that one doesn't get the wrong items? I got what apparently passes for street corner all meat and onions and some nasty green spiceno cheese no lettuce no flavor I wanted to put inside my stomach.There was like no one at this location me and apparently another order inside.Even the del tacos are smaller and skimpy compared to what they once were.I spent almost 20 bucks and I'm still hungry and bummed.I think I will never go again to DEL TACO because its just not worth the trouble which is a shame because the food use to be a lot better.

Just stopped at Del Taco for the first time and I have to say I was very disappointed. They were out of multiple menu items when they're open till 3:00 in the morning and that's still 6 hours from now. I could not even get a Coke Zero on top of the fact that when I got my order none of the right food was in the bag. Highly unsatisfied and probably will never return

Management might want to tidy up their house. No customer dining in or trying to order wants to listen to 10 employees standing around, doing nothing, talking at a very loud tone. Unprofessional and quite frankly...unpleasant! On a side note my food was good.

Manager Chris is scummy. He has the restaurant lock the doors early and will not allow people to have more than 2 orders. You would imagine the drive thru line would move quicker knowing this, well it doesn’t. Takes about 25 minutes for a line of 5 cars at this location.Del Taco fix your staff and get rid of this trash manager.

I love over an hour away from Del Taco so when I get the opportunity, I go!! I was raised on the west coast where Del Taco is as popular & established as Taco Bell!! The staff was great, patient & kind! The food was fantastic!! Carne asada deluxe chili cheese fries are the best & a fanatic addition since my last trip!! Fried food with all the veggies lol perfect!! Street tacos very good!! Quesadilla great! No complaints at all!!!
This Del Taco has to be the most disfunctional fast food restaurant in the area. The owners/gm should be ashamed of themselves. I waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes for my food and the attendant didn't come back to the drive thru once. Once they finally arrived with the food there was no apology or nothing... and that was the shift manager that handed us the food. This place is an embarrassment.

del taco does not have impossible meat anymore. I ordered the GRILLED CHICKEN STUFFED QUESADILLA TACO with no tomatoes and they put tomatoes on the tacos. I informed the guy at the window and he took the tacos. I am pretty sure they didnt remake the tacos that they just took the tomatoes off. Also i dont think after giving s customer food you are supposed to take it back?
