Past years this location was excellent. I went a few months back and it was awefull! Understaffed, no management involved, dirty and waited 40 minutes for cold food. What happened? Contacted corporate and still no response, poor customer service and follow up skills.

I usually opt for Taco Bell when I’m in mood for some fast food, but last night i decided to try Del Taco since I haven’t been there in a hot minute. I ordered a chicken burrito, chips and queso, and a single cheeseburger.
The guy taking my order seemed alright, but the star of the show was still awaiting… I pull up to the window and was majestically greeted with a hearty bombastic “WELCOME!” I was blown away by the sheer amount of charisma and whimsy...

This is the nicest Del Taco in the area. The restaurant is well-maintained and the food is consistent. I appreciate the effort and the other stores should look to here as to how to present themselves.
