MATTS FIRE PIZZA is a unique experience, not a franchise chain. The pizza is great with fresh ingredients, made with care. It has delicious sauce, a solid crust, and is cooked perfectly. The hot honey roni pizza is very good, with a combination of cup pepperoni, jalapeño and hot honey that is amazing. The service from order to pickup is outstanding. The sauce is light with a natural sweetness that elevates the flavor, with no artificial stuff. Half a pizza and half a cheese bread can be savored without feeling weighed down. This is top-tier pizza with crisp crust, great sauce, quality cheese, and enough crunch. The owner cares and it is not ran by a bunch of kids. For an authentic wood fire pizza, this is the spot.
