During the day they're on point most of the time. Recently at night time it's been ridiculously long wait. Obviously the people working here in the evening arent motivated it's definitely costing the owners. It's kind of a sad state of affairs.
They told me they were too busy to cook everything i I wanted due to too many online orders coming through. I would think they would serve the people in line before the online orders.
Omg please do not order an pay online ? that system is a mess I felt so so bad for the workers me an husband was so confused (we paid from home) and it did not show up at the taco bell after like 30 more mins to re- order an pay again we received our food the worker said this happens all the time we are extremely frustrated The staff is awesome and apologized.Food was good ? ?
