The ambience was very nice. Our server was knowledgeable about the teas and menu items. The selection of scones provided a very enjoyable sampling of their scones offerings.

The main entrée was served at the appropriate temperature. The choice of teas was broad to meet everyone's tastes. The variety of scones was broad to match everyone's favorite flavors.

We plan to visit again soon!!

Everyone is very nice, I love this place. Drinks are great, fun place to take daughters, grandparents, or friends! It's a perfect girls date place for breakfast or brunch!

It took me a while to write this because I truly love The Pink Tea Room, which is why I chose it for my bridal shower. We booked months in advance for a party of 27, but on the day of, we were told we had to leave by 1:30pm—despite booking until 3pm—due to a scheduling error. It was incredibly stressful.
We were split into two rooms, as expected, but one room only had a single long table for us, while other tables in that same space were set aside for the public. There weren’t enough seats, and my bridal party was initially offered a table outside, away from the group entirely. Only after they declined were two chairs added to the long table—something that should’ve been done from the start.
After lunch, we moved upstairs as directed and were told we had access to a specific room until the end of our event. Later, we returned to find another party using that space, with their belongings placed on top of our desserts and games. We had to awkwardly ask them to move.
Overall, the day felt chaotic and disorganized. I truly wish I could’ve written a positive review. If you're planning a larger event here, I’d think twice. But for a casual tea outing or drinks, I’d still recommend it.

Loved the building and decor. Tea was made with tea bags, rather than steeping tea leaves. Could offer more desserts than scones. Other than that, had a lovely time. Staff was very friendly and made my grand niece feel like a princess

Everything was GREAT! The woman who helped us clearly enjoys her job and really elevated the experience, she was so kind and helpful and took amazing care of us. Beautiful atmosphere, great food (homemade and made w care), and overall very different from the area we are from and used too! The full experience is more than reasonably priced and the espresso martini was wonderful. Will definitely be back in the future!!

What a beautiful tea room right off of the water! There’s a traditional but comfortable, family feeling to this little bakery. It’s small but beautifully decorated. Delicious scones and plenty of tea options.

Outrageously priced for what you get!
Scones were on the dry side, chicken salad was mushy, frittata was mushy also, food was flat, lacking seasoning..
Salad dressing wasn’t balanced, no lemon flavor, heavy on the oil.
Have to say the food was plated nicely .
Service was just okay and it was extremely warm and stuffy in the building..
My opinion it’s a novelty one and done visit!
My group will not be returning, $30 per person is a bit steep for what you get!
I’m very aware of the dynamics of operating a restaurant, food cost, insurance, rent/ mortgage, employees etc!
Honestly I would expect for the price, food would be flavorful and the portions would be a tad more!
By no means are any of us cheap we go out frequently, 3 of us have owned and operated our own restaurants and catering companies!

Was very disappointed. Was visiting from Texas, and this was my second time visiting this tea house. The first time was awesome. This time, from the minute we walked, an employee asked us if we had a reservation. We said no. She walked away without saying another word. FIVE minutes later finally another employee finally asked us if we had been helped. We told her we weren't sure? The first lady returned a few minutes late and seated us. Waited another 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge we were there. Took our order and got our food and never saw anyone again until I had to go to the register and ask for our check. Won't go back.
