We've been going to Rios for years. I wasn't sure how the food or service would change when they opened their new, large restaurant on Red Arrow Hwy. I was so pleasantly surprised. Same yummy, inexpensive food and same lovely service. It's wonderful being able to bring our dog and eat on the terrace (and it's great that they always give her a little pup cup of chicken bits.) It was alright, didn't have forks, my beef was dry and burrito was rubber. Don't know what all the hype is about this place 🤷♀ we got dine in but had to take it to go
