Last dined at Skips in January 2026 , let me say this , first biggest complaint is that after looking at my credit statement I saw that they tacked on an extra $20 charge on my credit card without my permission , after questioning them they did remove the charge , second the food was fair at best , I ordered the Walleye which I'm not sure it was even Walleye , it tasted and looked more like Tilapia ( 2 small filets ) , wife had the Salmon which she said was just ok . Great service! Family Owned by local folks, food is delicious! If you are in the area, this restaurant is definitely a place to check out
Chicken livers are exceptional! Filets are yummy too.
