I was there on 8/5 with a group of 15 teachers. The catch of the day was 36.00 and definitely not worth it, small portions, luke warm. More surprising was the inflated drink prices. A Jim Beam and coke was 14.00. I also agree with the other comments, they seem understaffed and those working didntseem to like their jobs. There are many other choices in town with better food, atmosphere and prices .
We went several times last summer. We enjoyed last summer we could make reservations & reasonable prices. We still liked that we can make reservations but the menu is not as good this summer and twice as much $$$$$$$. We had excellent service. However, not sure my family of 4 will be coming back as often as last summer bc of the higher prices.
Great location and huge potential but they seemed understaffed, poorly managed and unprepared. There was a “silverware shortage”, we were told. In the hour it took to get our food, that never changed and, ultimately, five of us shared 3 forks. We also have to share four appetizer plates. By the end of our meal, we had one glass of water to share between the five of us. Food wasn’t terrible but also wasn’t good. Average at best and overpriced. Could have tolerated the mediocrity food if we had enough forks and better service. Or really any service. Our waitress seemed stretched far too thin for the amount of people she was trying to serve.
Stopped in with the whole family and everyone LOVED their meal. Everyone got a variety- ranging from salad to pasta (pesto alfredoo yummm). Our 2 year old loved his Mac and cheese! Highly recommend!
Driven by it many times and just never went in. Today, I did. I even paid the $17 to park to give it a shot. There are other options around, but once youve been towed in Cleveland on a Friday, $17 isnt that bad. 😁Nice little sun room on the front if you like a little outside feel. Wasn't too busy around dinner on a Thursday. I had a burger that was cooked a perfect medium with what appeared to be house cut fries. Linz had a pesto pasta dish that she still talks about. Our server was fantastic, she really was. Place was clean and open. It certainly fits the esthetic of the town.
Overpriced and food is pretty awful. This place need to be deep cleaned. Dishes were dirty, silverware was filthy. Skip this one.
Stopped in on our way home from the beach. Outside looked appealing with a nice outdoor space with large open windows so we gave it a try. Unfortunately we found dirty plates and silverware on our table. Plates were caked in sauce and old food.
We went ahead and ordered since we had 3 hungry kids. Food took awhile to come out. Our server was very nice and attentive but kitchen took forever.
The food was pretty awful especially for the price. Everything was super salty and over seasoned. Burned steak tacos and flavorless guacamole.
Skip this place there are better options around.
Unfortunately this was our first try and probably the last, we were sat right away and that was awesome, then it took awhile to place our appetizers and drink order, after 20 minutes we never received the cocktail and we were asked if we'd like the appetizers now or with meal so we said now please. We unwrapped the silverware to find each utensil is caked on with dirt. It took awhile to get someone's attention as our waitress was very busy. We saw the drink we ordered at the bar sitting for 20 minutes and was never served it.
Unfortunately due to the nature of 3 sets of silverware being caked with old dried food. We decided to leave and go to shoreline brewery in michigan city
Waited for at least a decade for prego sauced spaghetti just to look back at the bar to see my waitress “Molly” chatting it up like no bodies business. Truly despicable, the food palltes were covered in mystery sauce and “Molly” poured water past the cups limit and onto me. Then says your welcome. I had to get the table silverware whilst “Molly” beats her high score on candy crush. Having to do someone’s job is truly one of the saddest things to watch. If getting somone fired as a review could work, I truly hope this works. Thank you.
Was told it was a 30 minute wait. It was over 2 hours. Once we got there it took over 90 minutes to get our food, and by the time we got our food they hadn’t even given us silverware. My food was cold and frankly not good by the time I had eaten it. Wish 0 stars was an option.

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS RESTURANT. My family sat down to dine. The floors were filthy. I politely asked if somebody could please sweep around our table. The manager came over and said “they are hot and short staffed and that maybe this place was not for us.” We immediately got up and left. Very dirty. Staff is very rude and unprofessional. Do not patronize this restaurant. You will be disappointed. Best of luck!
Took 2 hours to get a table, we have been for our food for 50 minutes this is ludicrous. My night has been turned upside down
Very sweet server, but she had way too many tables. We felt really bad for her. I know it's summer, but the wait time was pretty lengthy. I bet we waited for 15-20 minutes before we got our drink orders in let alone receive them. Food was good enough that we will be back to try SD's later when they are not so busy.
It was decent. Over priced for the QUALITY.
Our server was nice.
I wouldn't come back because honestly it's overpriced for the food quality and portions.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a surprise visit of 10 people and they had the table ready in no time. The food was amazing. At first I thought my pasta looked a little dry but when I ate it, I was proven wrong. One of the best pasta dishes I ever had. I sampled some of the other dishes on the table and were also really good so you can't go wrong with whatever you order. Will return.
