In my opinion the food needed more veggies. I had the chimicunga, and it was good, but it needed some green peppers and onions. You had to pay $1 to add those. The salsa was cold. I was happy to see the small local restaurant was busy.

Truly incredible food. The steak in the tacos was cooked more like a steakhouse would. That slight bit of fusion added such a deep extra layer of flavor. 10/10 not a single bad bite of steak, perfect all the way

Carter's Cantina has excellent food. The burrito was fantastic. I got it covered in queso which gave it an extra explosion of flavor. I've also had the tostadas. They are excellent as well. If you have never tried this restaurant, I highly recommend it.

Staff gave me an incorrect order. I called and they gave me a hard time to correct my order. Owner wanted food back to resell. He compared his restaurant to Target…..will never be on there level. They would not give me my money back was just rude. Will never be back.Parking: Still not want i ordered
