Truly incredible food. The steak in the tacos was cooked more like a steakhouse would. That slight bit of fusion added such a deep extra layer of flavor. 10/10 not a single bad bite of steak, perfect all the way
Carter's Cantina has excellent food. The burrito was fantastic. I got it covered in queso which gave it an extra explosion of flavor. I've also had the tostadas. They are excellent as well. If you have never tried this restaurant, I highly recommend it.

In my opinion the food needed more veggies. I had the chimicunga, and it was good, but it needed some green peppers and onions. You had to pay $1 to add those. The salsa was cold. I was happy to see the small local restaurant was busy.
