I gave this location 3 stars across the board because they're hit and miss. When they hit, they're just as good as any good fast food joint I've been to. Order is on point, everything is hot and good. But when they miss, they miss badly. I figured I'd give the app a try since this location has the app orders only drive thru. I did it twice. Went to the drive through, ordered like normal, but there was a bit of a wait. I wonder why? obviously. But when I got to the window I was met by nice guy that informed me they were short staffed and he was sorry for my wait. I said okay and got my food only a few minutes later.... everything was perfect, way better than when I go and there's a full staff. It was well worth the wait honestly!
