“Wow. That’s the word that comes to mind when I think of my recent experience at Burger King on Pittsfield Road. On the way home from shopping at Stop & Shop in Lenox, my son asked for food from Burger King. I can’t remember the last time I have been there. I almost said no but I am so thankful I did not. It’s a hard one to explain, since I have been to so many fast food drive-throughs in my life. Tonight was so very different. The first person I interacted with had a sense of humor (Surprising, especially since the drive-through line was so long.) But the best part was a female in the background (helping with orders) echoing his humor. I don’t remember the exact words exchanged, but as I was waiting, felt like I was being treated to a comedy show. The two of them sounded like they were having so much fun! When I arrived at the window to pick up my order they handed it to me with a smile. I’m writing this because, in today’s world, what I experienced tonight is rare. I am quite sure these employees do not make a living wage. And yet, they show up at Burger King WITH a sense of humor! Thank you to all of you who show up with a smile. ✨”

“Grab and go order. Was accurate. Luxe box, tacos, burritos and fries, all as expected. There is a television showing Taco Bell Ads inside but didn't get to see the menu where I could order in person at the store.”

“Being a chef Only one complaint Inconsistent texture of the noodles in my pasta dish usually caused by inadequate water volume Was super loud inside but obviously was packed The staff was great ! Drinks were awesome Great presentation Attention to detail great Service great Portion sizes good”

“My girlfriend introduced me to this place. I had a predetermined idea that sushi was not my cup of tea. Goblin Sushi completely obliterated that idea! 😄

Goblin Sushi is amazing. Every piece of fish and vegetables were incredibly fresh. The signature rolls had the best balance of flavors. I’m already craving my next visit.”

“I don’t typically leave reviews, but I have to say the variety of food, the attentive waitstaff, and quality of family dining is superb. The patrons tonight included a young man, maybe mid-20’s who stood up to thank a veteran for his service as he was leaving his dining table by himself. All around a great dining experience and the coffee is bomb!”

“Best cake I’ve ever had!! It was our first time here, won’t be the last. We could of bought the entire store, but settled on the carrot cake, cheese cake, French silk cake, chocolate chip cookies and last but not least... the cannoli cake. Omg they were all amazing! Lovely workers too! My fiancé accidentally handed Jordyn 2 hundred dollar bills by accident and she quickly handed it back. Great people and amazing baked goods!”
