Wow. That’s the word that comes to mind when I think of my recent experience at Burger King on Pittsfield Road. On the way home from shopping at Stop & Shop in Lenox, my son asked for food from Burger King. I can’t remember the last time I have been there. I almost said no but I am so thankful I did not. The Impossible Whopper, french fries and root beer are so good and satisfying!!!
Everything is great! The only issue is the parking. Since it’s a small restaurant, parking can be challenging, especially when people picking up carryout orders park illegally or block in cars already parked in the lot. Sometimes, you may have to park across the street and walk across Van Dyke to reach the restaurant.

Managers are also highly engaged, running around to assist the team. The restaurant serves lunch as soon as it opens, and the food, including fresh fries and on-point burgers, is well-received. The drive-thru service is often fast and friendly, with staff members providing above-average service. The restaurant is very clean and has a homey atmosphere inside, making it a comfortable place to visit. While the presentation of the kids' burgers could be improved, the overall experience remains commendable, especially for a new location. The restaurant consistently serves hot, fresh food, and the fries are often still hot when finished. Despite occasional minor issues, such as waiting in the drive-thru line, the staff’s kindness and the cleanliness of the facility stand out.
