Wow. That’s the word that comes to mind when I think of my recent experience at Burger King on Pittsfield Road. On the way home from shopping at Stop & Shop in Lenox, my son asked for food from Burger King. I can’t remember the last time I have been there. I almost said no but I am so thankful I did not. The Impossible Whopper, french fries and root beer are so good and satisfying!!!
I always get the drive-thru so I can't tell you about the atmosphere inside but it is a typical Burger King. The staff I think makes this one really great because they are always so nice and polite. It's nice when you go to a fast food restaurant in the people actually appear to enjoy working there. I will keep frequenting this one.

This Burger King offers a pleasant dining experience with its attentive and hardworking staff. The polite employees, such as Kayla and Kiya, ensure accurate order-taking and quick service. Managers are also highly engaged, running around to assist the team. The restaurant serves lunch as soon as it opens, and the food, including fresh fries and on-point burgers, is well-received. The drive-thru service is often fast and friendly, with staff members providing above-average service. The restaurant is very clean and has a homey atmosphere inside, making it a comfortable place to visit. While the presentation of the kids' burgers could be improved, the overall experience remains commendable, especially for a new location. The restaurant consistently serves hot, fresh food, and the fries are often still hot when finished. Despite occasional minor issues, such as waiting in the drive-thru line, the staff’s kindness and the cleanliness of the facility stand out.
