Fast Food Restaurants near Lenox

“Wow. That’s the word that comes to mind when I think of my recent experience at Burger King on Pittsfield Road. On the way home from shopping at Stop & Shop in Lenox, my son asked for food from Burger King. I can’t remember the last time I have been there. I almost said no but I am so thankful I did not. It’s a hard one to explain, since I have been to so many fast food drive-throughs in my life. Tonight was so very different. The first person I interacted with had a sense of humor (Surprising, especially since the drive-through line was so long.) But the best part was a female in the background (helping with orders) echoing his humor. I don’t remember the exact words exchanged, but as I was waiting, felt like I was being treated to a comedy show. The two of them sounded like they were having so much fun! When I arrived at the window to pick up my order they handed it to me with a smile. I’m writing this because, in today’s world, what I experienced tonight is rare. I am quite sure these employees do not make a living wage. And yet, they show up at Burger King WITH a sense of humor! Thank you to all of you who show up with a smile. ✨“

“Location was a little unkempt. Workers seemed hurried even though the store was slow, but the lunch rush probably just ended. When our order was ready, a worker SCREAMED our order name out super loud to an empty dining room, which was weird. Food was fresh and prepped well, but my wife tacos were ordered to add sour cream, but they "Supreme" them, adding tomatoes as well and she had to pick them off.

Still, this seems to be one of the better taco bells I've been to in a while. They have all gone down hill, and I suspect as this one gets older, it will too. Taco Bells glory days are long behind them - the drive for profit over everything has killed these restaurants and I would bet we will be hearing about store closing soon.“

“Oh my goodness!! I decided to order some sliders and they were we ordered a bunch of sliders and they were unbelievably delicious. I was totally blown away by how good they were-everybody at worked loved them and we will be ordering many more!! The whole entire thing was just so delicious😋😋😋“

“Promot, friendly, and accommodating service. They even mentioned a survey I did on the spot for a free dessert. This is my go-to for healthy and filling food at a reasonable price. I love the app for ease of using my rewards as well. My age 83 dad tried it for the first time and loved it! He was able to eat within his post-gallbladder diet as well. (Sorry, no pic, I was really hungry)“

“The food and service was excellent, order was correct and food hot. I put a 1 star for atmosphere bc I was there when the air conditioning wasn't working. It was hot in there, I have no idea how the fantastic people working behind the counter was able work In it. It was one of the days where it was 95 degrees out.“

“The GF and I had a craving for some White Castle before a concert. We placed our order ahead of time, so it was ready when we showed up. The sliders were cooked and tasted as you would expect. However, we ordered two fish sliders and have never ate something so bad. They tasted as if they were dipped in mercury after they were cooked. To make things worse, they smelt like rotting carp after sitting in the car for 10-15 minutes.“

“Very nice crew. All receptionist are well mannered. They even threw in extra nuggies for me when I asked if I could swap the fries for more nuggets in my biggie bag. Very nice gesture from the evening staff. If this gets them in trouble, they didn’t do that they only gave me 4 nuggets;).“

“I went through the drive-thru at Panda Express, and Danny T. provided excellent customer service. He was genuinely kind, friendly, and welcoming, and he made the entire experience very pleasant. Great customer service can be hard to find nowadays, so I truly appreciated the way he treated me and wanted to make sure he received recognition.“

“Very quick service. Was a little disappointed in the steak nuggets. Had heard good things online about them but I found them a little underwhelming. Mozzarella sticks were on point like they always are at Arby's. This was my first time at this Arby's and the service was quick and the restaurant was very clean and updated.“

“Amy is one of the sweetest souls I have ever met. I came to her at the last minute, 2 days before my daughter’s birthday party. I didn’t have any special ideas in mind- my daughter honestly would’ve been happy with a plain white ice cream cake. But she did her own research on the party theme, went on her own time and bought special decor for the cake, and FAR exceeded our expectations. You can tell she loves making people smile on their birthdays and I will continue to order cakes from this DQ because of her alone. Thank you so much, Amy!!!! God Bless you!!“

“This one makes alot of money a day. Off i94 Canada traffic and local traffic. Also next to an tire shop. So it is busy alot. The only reason not a 5/5 is the ability to turn left out of this location. But overall one of the better ones by us.“

“The employee named Alexis really went above and beyond to serve me and make sure I understood what I was ordering and answered every question I had. She was so friendly and smiled the entire time; it was refreshing. Ill be honest as I was hesitant due to my last encounter with a man named Allen. Very condescending when I asked any type of questions. I haven't been back since, but I'm glad i gave it another shot! My only issue was all of the fly's.....“

“It's a McDonald's, but it's the employees that make it a great McDonald's! Keep up the amazing work! It makes a difference, especially the food, you can tell they care about the product and not just serving trash food. Which happens to quite a few fast food places. Keeping everyone happy is key! As far as I have been coming here, I have always had a good experience with great food and amazing people!“

“I have been doing carryouts at this Subway location since I started my work shift at Kroger a couple doors down (in early May of 2023). This location is pretty great, the food tastes delicious and fresh.... especially in the early afternoon. If I am working early afternoons at Kroger, I occasionally stop at this Subway location 10 mins before my work shift and pick up my carryout order. I usually will eat my sandwich on my break.

Today I ordered a BMT, and it was completely fresh and delicious. The staff here is amazing. I will visit this location again 😊“

“I order online today for the same sub that I haven’t gotten my whole entire life. And it may have been the BEST sub I have ever gotten in my entire life. 10/10 sub and I was greeted with smiling faces. I got the same sub the other day from the capac subway and it didnt even come close to the armada subway sub. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.“
